GSC will probably allow less than 10% of their development resources on pc version anyway, and put 90% on console version. So why bother to install useless and annoying DRM. That will only piss off the couple of people that will dare to pay for their console port failure.

...well, fk em.

"Software piracy hurts us to beat"
Hrmm stalker sold for a couple MILLION copies...not bad for a pc exclusive game. And obviously you think everyone who downloaded a pirated copy wouldve otherwise bougth the game?? And now let me guess, stalker 2 will be multiplatform and a shitty console port equipped with useless DRM for pc gamers, and youll blame piracy for poor pc sales. But hey...thats just a guess.
