A 'No Email Day' might have been relevant ten years ago... They mention using the phone, but fifty years ago it would have been 'No Telephone Day'. Luddites in every era.  |

Well, to be fair, there is no ancient race of technologically advanced psychics fond of melee combat, energy shields, and teleportation... oh wait. |

| I agree that it doesn't really fit the RTS mold. I'd guess a lot of people are like me and haven't tried it because they dislike the typical base-building RTS, but I bought the original and Chaos Rising earlier this month (bad timing) and this tactical hybrid gameplay has hooked me. Of course the lore and universe of 40K blows a certain copycat franchise right out of the water as well. |
