News Comments > The Sims 4 Next Fall
14. Re: The Sims 4 Next Fall Oct 23, 2013, 09:44 deqer

Just when you start becoming familiar/good with The Sims (the way it is now), suddenly everything changes and you feel annoyed going through it all over again (with a new system)?

Yah, screw this new game.

Reminds me of how companies take advantage of "patching" by not only patching a game, but changing every god damn thing about the game as well, with or without your consent. gg EULA.

Old software is better in some cases, because it's light weight; less fluff; less garbage in it; and less ads.

Not surprised Microsoft would take this action. Go go microsoft!

25. Re: Console Emulation Through Steam Oct 13, 2013, 19:34 deqer

You can legally acquire ROMs by using a Game Doctor device. This device was developed and sold in China, and it allowed you to "backup" your cartridges to diskettes and then store your cartridges away and play off diskettes instead.

lol, do you honestly expect anyone to get the roms legally? Stop insulting our intelligence, everyone downloads their roms, despite what you say. It's like those warez groups who put a little txt file that says "if you like this game, buy it and support the developers."

Emulation is piracy because everyone just pirates their ROMs.

Still doesn't change the fact that piracy can't be proven, and therefore can't be used against someone in this topic/matter.

Ice Emulator isn't distributing the ROMs, so, end of story.

"team specifically focused on exploring the possibility"

Love the way they phrase this, as if it's so difficult to achieve the goal of offline play.

A team a programmers? or a team of suits?

Thinking2 How's it compare to BF3, is it worth the DL and the test drive?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amfn-4tDDoo
I see, so, no difference between BF3 and BF4. Basicaly BF4 is DICE finishing their BF3 homework for things such as "UI Customization options", "Big levels", couple more game-modes, and other gimmick/features; oh, and hey!, we'll enable commander mode again.

Okay, noted.

So, people should stay playing BF3 then.

Why waste your time grinding for hours raiding for gear that will become outdated soon as the next expansion comes out?

I feel sorry for people that play games that never finish.

High price:

If you want to share your puny/shitty feedback to a programmer for their next-gen RTS triple-A game, then you going to have to pay a hefty price for them to bother with listening to you.

"Nearly half of Xbox Live subscribers watch 30 hours of video content every month."

And why is this any of your business?

This is what "online only" systems are bad.

Invasion of Privacy.

Checkout that racing game, looks like it will be a blast.

Bugbear Entertainment's Next Car Game?

Yah, sounds nice. Flatout/Flatout2 were great games, and looks like the team is going back to that concept and doing it even better, despite the publishers telling them otherwise.

The team even says that (in their video) that the publishers told them there there is no market for it, but the team says there is (based on all the fan feedback they're getting).

Seems like they're putting their heart into this project, so, looks like a good greenlight project to me.

Why do people even bother talking to (interviewing) these Blizzard clowns at this point? You're wasting your time. You know their answers are all just fluffed up and bull, to just drag it on and on, milking all the sheeple out there.

We all should've boycotted these clowns long ago, and never forgive. Just put Blizzard on ignore, and don't buy their stuff anymore. Even if Blizzard comes crawling back to you later; "nope." *ignore*

milk milk milk, milk milk milk!

I feel sorry for the players that bite into this "level cap increased" garbage, because you just then reset yourself and wasted all that time and resources acquiring your epic lvl60 gear.

I know you're going to tell yourself "it's okay. it's fun!" anyways, though. Sigh.

Sorry, but, being a "lifer" at playing video games is not an appropriate lifestyle to have. I'm sorry you're a hardcore that spends all your life in your cave playing games, and therefore you get bored quicker than the rest of the normal people; but that's not our problem your lifestyle is like that.

The first "M" in "MMO" stands for "Massive". With "massive" games, requires massive time to play/enjoy entirety of it. If you spent all that massive time in your cave already, then that's your problem. Don't bitch at the developers because you have an addiction that you can't moderate.

Kinect No Longer Mandatory For Xbox One

Gee... get rid of the Paywall to Netflix and you'd ALMOST have a PS4!
Wouldn't matter though; because the fact that MS tried to shaft us with all this crap in the first place, and only because Sony exists is why MS suddenly changes their mind/rules? Otherwise, everyone would've been shafted and had such a shit experience.

The fact the MS tried, should be reason enough to avoid Xbone no matter how good it ends up being.

Why do you never fix your current games with your "improvements" ? why is it you always have to ditch "the game you just f'king released" and put all your "improvements" into a whole new game that you sell AGAIN? Go fk yourself?
