"Creating a DLC would not have felt right." You mean, not have felt right to your business in the form of profits? Ahh, yes, that's what I thought you meant. Okay. I'm confused by your post. You obviously have a different perspective on the game and/or the developer, but the game was released nearly a year ago for $14.99, and even less during a promotional launch. LoG II probably won't be release until the end of this year, or first part of next, so how is it they shoved either one down our throats?
I'm just curious, as maybe I'm missing something. HAH, wouldn't be the first time.
How is it you feel that the lifetime of a game should be only 2 years? Why should someone move onto LoG 2 just because your business needs to survive constantly? Not our problem the business needs to keep 10 people employed with salaries or whatever.
If LoG is so great, then it's the kind of game that goes for 10 years or more. ESPECIALLY SINCE A LEVEL EDITOR WAS RELEASED.
I MEAN, C'MON.

We already told them it was too soon when we first heard about BF4 last year. But you think anything we say is going to stop them? Nope. They basically just responded to us with a fluffy statement, and we ate it.
But, here it is anyways, BF4 almost done, because EA is only interested in re-publishing the same thing yearly now to make money off you peons.
"Got to see Battlefield 4 today and all I can say is WOW!" Yah, yah, your typical 'wow' buzz phrase, you'll be saying that every time BF comes out I guess, eh?
"Got to see Battlefield 4 today and all I can say is WOW!" or did you mean "WOW! No one will ever be able to afford a PC to play this!"

So, I guess we'll see a new car soon called, the Titan. And perhaps a shaving razor called Titan, too. Right?
Is "titan" the new buzzword now a days? ... |

Wow, I didn't expect it so quick. Good work, Valve.
I guess Valve knows how to push their employees.
"<Valve> What? You're not done that yet? I thought you know this stuff?"
"<Employee> I do, I do. Let me get back to you on that. *goes home, and does homework*" |

See? This is what the current generation has to deal with. DRM shit; and they're buying into it because they aren't wise enough to realize.
Just because a game exists, doesn't mean you should get it. But, what's the companies are doing; taking their brand names and making DRM shit and quietly shoving it down your throats without you realizing until it's too late. |

"There will be a new OUYA every year. "
Just what we fucking wanted! Another company not finishing their homework and thus rushing their shit out the door to make quick buck, then you finish your homework and pitch it as a new model every year? You cunts. |

Stop complaining you little brat and shut up. You never heard of the expression "Too little too late." ? It's a common expression, and it it's perfectly acceptable for someone to say it.
Yes, it would be better if they didn't release one at all, because it's too late, thus it's annoying to have to deal with a late release of something that is practically dead already.
Company should've finished their homework first before releasing/rushing stuff out the door so they could make a quick buck. |

Really, who the hell cares?
We just got news that Blizzard finish another piece of their unfinished homework, renaming Dueling to Brawling. Isn't that enough already for you to realize that this company and game is shit and you shouldn't be thinking about it or asking questions about it. Move on. |

because Origin is doing so well, it's time to spread it over to other operating systems now? ... No. But, go ahead anyways, right? It's your Origin product; and it must survive. You have big plans for Origin, don't you? So, nothing will stop you from spreading it, even though the stats clearly show you that people don't like it/want it.
Keep sticking it to them, EA.
"Our vision with Origin is to connect y ..." Shut up EA. We already know your vision/plan for Origin is. It's greed; plain and simple. Stop feeding is fluffy one-liners. |
