It sucks, no doubt. But they got a better deal than some folks. Hopefully they'll get something else lined up soon. Good luck to them.

Oh wow.. please tell me who did that, I'd really like to know. Why would they even do that?

"Sony drops Kevin Butler ad agency." That's not a smart move. I thought Kevin did an awesome job, always found his ads entertaining. Then when he walked on stage at E3 I believe it was with a beer in his hand and gave that speech, it was priceless. Yeah... looks like he's not doing PS4 then. |

| Looks interesting. I definitely much prefer story/campaign/episodic DLC rather than DLC that just adds new skins and crap. Not really a fan of any sort of DLC but this seems decent. |

| They should do a Max Payne movie reboot instead. That one was far worse, and deserves better. I actually didn't mind the Hitman movie as much. |

"Zynga is closing down three of the six titles it launched last quarter following their disappointing performance, the company announced in a financial call today.
Facebook games Cityville 2 and The Friend Game didn't make the cut. Neither did the mobile release, Party Place." The world will be a better place without Zynga in it. They're worse than EA. With the amount of money Zynga has, they're not going to be leaving any time soon. They can never lose a huge amount of money because they just do cheap mobile games with minimal loses, and don't have to worry about funding big triple 'A' expensive next-gen titles. |

This seemed pretty surprising at first... But then I look up Wargaming.net on Wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wargaming.net
~800 employees?! That's... a lot. And this is before the Day 1 acquisition.
I didn't check out their recent portfolio of games, but played Massive Assault games back in the day and despite being fun they didn't quite strike me as being triple A games. |

Who has the rights to System Shock 3? Is it EA?
wtf_man wrote on Jan 29, 2013, 15:34: Unfortunately, Warren has been done since Deus Ex: IW.
I'd say the same for Harvey Smith, if it wasn't for Ralph Colantonio giving Harvey "a quickening" with Dishonored.
That's pretty much what Warren needs... A creative studio head that was inspired by Looking-Glass Studios early work... bringing him in as a partner on a new project... and getting those old school RPG design juices flowing again. old school RPG design is damn right! needs me some of that... |
