| Couldn't resist Fable 1 for £1.74/2,24€/$2.49. Fable 3 on the other hand was easy to turn down. |

Gonna have to give Satazius a try =) Ditto. Thanks for pointing it out. |

| The demo was fun, if limited. I've added it to my wishlist but it's not something I'm aching to play. |

| and yet, a lot of indie titles seem to do a fair bit better on PC compared to consoles. Shooting yourself in the foot? (Is this an indie title? Haven't been following it) |

The survey certainly seemed a bit weird. Was I supposed to have played DOTA before registering my interest? I play LoL, so naturally I want to try this out. |

Having two services that need to be running in the background is very annoying, especially when playing online. You never know when the other one might start up an update, hosing your connection.
I haven't found a satisfactory way to stop that yet. Maybe I should add Origin as a non-Steam game. It's not like I keep it running, unlike Steam.

The Binding of Isaac is a lot of fun. Nice sorta Rogue feel. Very cheap too. |

| Clearly Metro isn't Battlefield at all but the main issue for me was needing to disable part of my firewall just to get the server browser working. Since no one else has mentioned it I'll assume I'm alone on that one. |

I didn't find this game as short as reviews have claimed. Obviously YMMV but, at least on Insane, it clocked a hair under 10 hours for me. With the weapon unlock system and secrets it's made me want to start a second playthrough in New Game+. |

I'm pretty sure they mean their mice have a low lift-off distance*, rather than always tracking. That would be absurd.
It looks nice, just a shame about the sensor. Oh, and the gold plated contacts. Unless your motherboard has gold plated USB ports that's only going to increase corrosion. Not that that's a big deal though.
*it actually says the height is configurable, which is good.

| This is the first I've heard of Metro being mandatory. I doubt you'll be forced to use it in the final version. I thought it was only meant for touchscreens anyway. |

I wouldn't go wireless in a million years so I guess I'm an "asshole".
Just bought a new mouse myself. Went from a G9x to a CM Spawn (one of the thumb buttons was dying). These Corsair mice have the same sensor as the G9x I believe, which means they have inherent negative acceleration, so buyer beware. Only issue I'm having with the new one is avoiding pressing middle mouse when I want to scroll. I'm used to the stupidly stiff wheel of the old mouse I guess. |
