What are they supposed to use? Send out "FBI Wants You Under Surveillance Software" disks that you may install after agreeing to the EULA's terms?

Who the fuck has ever 'gone to a local street vendor and bought a pirated copy of a game'? I think that's fairly common in places where broadband is uncommon or prohibitively expensive for most people, like Russia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. Those are places where the supply of legimate copies of a game are extremely limited, and that's an entirely different problem all-together. Word. That was the case in Poland at least up to the late 1990s (the last time I visited and witnessed it). Not only were legit games hard to come by, but they were prohibitively expensive. Internet was also incredibly expensive. |

In other words, I'm not familiar with Steam's patching process and am quite interested in finding out how it works, "historically" speaking of course. I have made the necessary sacrifices, now teach us, oh Mighty One.

Yes, Genius, do tell. I bow down at your Altar of Genius and admit that Elvis is dead and that the Shoah did indeed take place. Now teach us, oh Mighty One, how does the patching process work?

The game feels to me like a more polished Oblivion... what annoys me though is that this doesn't feel like a new engine at all, liars.
