It does sound like a violation of the 4th and I am not typically interested in politics.
You have to admit, the justification offered by the SC was particularly lame. |

One could buy used cartridge games since the very first consoles and same goes for PC's software on disk starting in the early 1980's.
So why is it an industry-destroying issue suddenly *now*? It is a valid question. Sorry but it all sounds like PR spin to me.
And dont even get me going on the consumer rip-off that is DLC. It is only getting worse. "Want to see the real ending of Fallout 3? Give me 10 more bucks." |

Prez -- it is very cool of you to foster those dogs.
Facebook: It is here to stay for better or worse. I get why the masses are attracted to it but they might regret it down the road.

"free to play" on smartphones simply means "deeply annoying microtransactions required."
not impressed by free to play. |

The problem with the "lite" is that it will be discontinued 16 months later for whatever MS has in store next.
Not sure it is a good idea for consumers unless the Lite is really cheap. |

| Creston that was a really interesting post -- we'll never really know if that guy's post is true but it has the ring of truth to it. I dont understand why there was not at least one other person involved in the decision how to end the game. That is the part of that post that I am not quite willing to believe. |

| the whole "selectable dual magic from the hands" was a relatively novel idea -- liked that. Level design was varied. I find it difficult to actively dislike the game. |

| combat-wise -- Much more real strategy in the Dragonsang games but the camera is a bit wiggy. You'll be pausing combat with the spacebar and then the camera issue doesnt matter so much. The developers want you to play the combat semi-turn-based but they never really tell you that outright. I think it is worth the 10 bucks but then again I like fiddly combat. |
