Edit: I read one of the multiplayer previews, sounds like fun!
I asked on the official forums and a Dev replied that it would be on Steam closer to release, and with the pre-order bonus. |

Oh man, I remember them. I used to order stuff from them COD, being a kid it was awesome to be able to order a game (over the phone) and just pay the UPS guy 50 bucks in allowance savings. |
