No thanks. I haven't played CoD since WaW and i doubt i will ever buy another CoD. And wtf is with audio only? Don't they have anything to show?
Anyway, Battlefield is where it's at. I played over 500 hours of Battlefield 2. I'm at 450+ hours of Bad Company 2. I can't wait for BF3  |

Battlefield has always been about multiplayer and thats what people love about it. SP is just icing on the cake. Can't wait to see some multiplayer action.  |

| I'm so gonna get this game even if it's $60. I've played every BF game since 1942 and unlike many BF veterans i love Bad Company 2 as much as i loved BF2. So i'm hoping BF3 will be the best of both. I'd rather buy BF3 twice then pay for CallofDuty Whatever™ once. |

Yes it's absoloutely a blast and well worth the $15.
It runs smoother then BC2 for some reason, and i'm guessing it's because there is less stuff to blow up so the physics aren't hitting the CPU as hard. |

I only use Steam and i am proud of it.
I think it's an amazing service, and no, i am in no way affiliated with Valve. I've just been playing PC games since Half Life and many of the great mods (Natural Selection) and i've grown to like Valve and what they have done to keep PC gaming alive and rocking. I also live in a european country which screws me over with B&M prices so i buy every game now through Steam.
Steam is just superior, even though ValveTime™ can be annoying some times. |

That's why I made the post. Everyone out there seems to be unable to find a server without hackers but it hasn't been an issue for me in years.
Same here. I don't think i've ever played on a server with a hacker in BC2 so far. And if i played against one and i didn't notice, i don't care since i've nejoyed every minute of that game. |

Just keep in mind that this is a small indie team, without a publisher. This is not Infinity Ward or DICE.
This game has a strong fan base and many are still around that played the original HL mod which was released in 2002.
The team is dedicated. They didn't just port it to Source and made some high res textures. They built their own engine and tools and are making damn sure this game will be mod friendly through LUA. |

The beta sucks. Really, it does. I love BFBC2 even though it's had it's ups and downs, but MoH is something different entirely.
The interface is annoying, the server browser is unusable and if you somehow manage to find a populated server through it with decent ping, it wont connect. Play Now doesnt even work.
I finally managed to play a few rounds and it's stale. Like it lacks any life or soul. Models and animations are 2nd rate, sounds are way too loud, as in distorted and everything just feels off.
DICE did good with BFBC2, but with MoH they crapped their pants big time. |
