| After reading the Kotaku article I can only say, holy shit it looks like Brad is the worst of douches and all evidence points against him and not against Miseta. He sounds like a fucking nerd on a hell of a powertrip. |

| Well, this has taken a turn for the worse for Stardock and Brad, and I would put Brad as someone capable of doing that kind of shit. If he did, however, only he and Alexandra know and if it proves he did my opinion of Stardock will plummet as well. |

Ugh, you are right. I was thinking the Fade and wrote guardian instead.
What the hell was the Guardian? I played NS1 and never heard of the Guardian...NS1 had Fades. Yeah I played a lot of NS1 as well and I'm not remembering a Guardian. Gorge, Lerk, Flying thing (was that Guardian?), Fade, Onos.
edit: Ah Lerk was the flying thing, Skulk was the default, fast, wall-climbing one.

Nice to see the pre-order climbing the Steam charts as well. How do you know this? I played NS1 and it was awesome, but that was *10 years ago* and it was a mod. This is a full on game and I've seen several sequels completely flop.
I'm genuinely asking how you know ppl will love this - have you played the beta or something? Yes, been playing the alpha/beta for a couple of years now. It is a great, awesome game with a strong community already. It's the kind of game you don't see anymore, something quite innovative. Very cool - thanks for the responses. If it is anything like NS1 then I'm going to love it. There's been some changes, the Guardian is now the Fade which teleports all over the place but most everyone agrees that it is a very faithful sequel to the mod. Also, the aliens have a commander now too though its role is different from the marines commander role. |

Watch and see. This is just the prelude to their exit from PC games completely, and it will probably come sooner than later. Considering Ubisoft has the most PC-exclusive IP series than any other publisher I doubt that will happen, ever. |

Guess feedback is now the latest marketing buzzword.
I still won't buy any game Ubisoft makes. They treated me, their paying customer, like shit so why should I give them any attention or money? When they start to actually treat us better then I'll start consider them as a viable purchase possibility. |

Eh. :-shrug-: :) What I would love to see included would be Horrors. They were the blight of Earthdawn and they came to the SR universe too, how cool wouldn't it be to fight one of those? The timeframe is probably wrong. This is set in the 2050s (ie, the golden age of Shadowrun). I believe the horrors didn't start appearing until after the whole Harlequin saga in the early 60s?
Edit: I rewatched the Q&A with Jordan and Mitch, and they said they're still debating on whether their story will be set before or after Dunkelzahn's death. (which I believe is 2058?) So if it's set after, then it's feasible. I remember when FASA introduced the Horrors on the SR universe. I was an Earthdawn GM (and I still stick even today to my opinion it was the best original fantasy setting ever made for RPGs) and wondered how the future Earth in Shadowrun would be able to fend off those fuckers. At least the Bloodelf Queen survived from the Earthdawn era to the Shadowrun era. |

At least the updates are regular. Haven't heard jack from Fargo and co in a long time.
Brian is quite active in the W2 forums, even showing off some in game footage already. |

Oh wow, I haven't been disgusted at a news report like this in years. Wow. And Samsung actually acknowledges they did what the news report says they did.
I thought the gaming industry was in the top of rotten practices but this one takes the cake, the cherry, the cream, the whole fucking lot. |
