Remember the anonymous mod in Reddit that leaked those chat logs about mods in reddit deleting everything? Apparently he was now banned from reddit.

So, something happening in someone's hobby isn't a problem because there are worse things happening across the globe?

Right. ASeven, if I ever see you whine about anything, like how you did when the NSA was found to target your country, I'll remind you that being monitored by the US government is a non-issue, because there are people being drone-killed by it. Really, ASeven, any time you ever complained about the NSA spying on you it was a wasted breath.

And don't you dare say they're both problems, because having your cell phone call monitored is nothing compared to being blown up.
And, of course, if you're not actively shooting down those drones, dedicating your life to it, you can't even complain because, really, what are you doing?

This is one of the most disgusting, repugnant and intellectually dishonest posts ever made on Blues. It's amazing how you create a strawman so unashamedly and can keep inferring that sexism in gaming is a problem as important as women getting raped, killed, arrested due to belief systems or traditional societal values, it's just repugnant the way you do it. You and your group does a disservice to women in the world, real women who are in real suffering, by diverting the attention of people from real problems to these non-issues that only promote censorship.

It's even more repugnant that you dare to compare sexism in gaming to the NSA scandal, it seems you truly suffer from cognitive dissonance.

I'm done with you on this thread, I cannot discuss to someone who is so intellectually dishonest as you are to the point of comparing real world problems, real problems that affect everyone in a very negative way, to sexism in gaming, a made up problem that affects nobody other than those pushing for this agenda of censorship.

Sexism in the gaming community isn't a real problem because women are being beheaded in other countries, but corruption* within the industry of video game journalists is a major problem. Got it.

*A free twine game may have possibly received a tiny bit of press because its creator was in a relationship with a journalist.

No, a non-issue is a non-issue. Sexism in gaming is a non-issue. Want to change lives for the better? Join Amnesty International and actually fight for women's right around the globe.

Corruption, wherever it is found, is always an issue. And using censorship to stifle proof of that corruption is plain disgusting.

May I ask, then, what you think people like Cutter, Mad Max, ASeven, etc., are doing to "fight sexism in gaming?"

I don't care about non-issues and empowering professional victims that use censorship to shutting any discussion they hate. I am part of Amnesty International and have done concrete stuff to actually fight oppression against women in the world. What have YOU done other than being behind a keyboard promoting a non-issue?

And don't you dare say that beheading women for not wearing a piece of cloth and "sexism" in gaming are both problems. One is a real problem, the other is a non-issue.

Have a pic if this is too much for your thick head to understand.

What scandal? Jesus H. Christ, gaming journalism has always been little more than another form of marketing. So worrying about "journalists" taking payola for favourable reviews is laughable at best when they've been doing it all the time anyway. They were just getting cash, swag, and junkets instead of hummers. It's a complete non-issue unless you're dumb enough to believe that there was some level of integrity there in the first place.

There never was any integrity in gaming journalism but bloody hell, this shit is now being done in the open and nobody does anything about it. That's the scandal.

What a fucking disgusting article, waving aside the Zoe Quinn scandal by misguiding people into thinking the point of it was her personal relationships when the real point of the scandal is the absolute lack of integrity all those reporters had by trading favors for sex.

That everyone is trying to bury this is sickening. That the usual SJWs are trying to dismiss this is enraging.

This scandal is way too serious, with too many dangerous implications, to be dismissed like the gaming media is doing, but being dismissed it is.
