"This game is optimized for 30 fps on PC."

Holy shit, he said this with a serious tone.

So they are selling what is in fact a total conversion mod as a full game? Right, Battlefield has gone the way of CoD.

Game didn't sell enough?? Quick, make a rush port to the PC to grab more cash despite our claims of exclusivity!

Not that I really mind, Dead Rising 2 was one of my guilty pleasures.

All you stupid kids should know that network problems (lag etc) can only be solve by fixing the network. no netcode in this world can fix the problem caused by problematic network.

all those fancy netcode only reduce the problem. but sometimes can introduce other problem. it doesnt work all the time. thats why there are multiple setting. so that you can choose which one will work most of the time.

be gratefull for this fancy netcode. if you have problems with your game, fix your network. whining for bad netcode doesnt get you anywhere. in fact, there are no good or bad netcode. only good or bad network.

i have no affiliation with bf4. doesnt even have bf4. not even planning to own bf4(no coop mode). but i despise people whining when developer try to improve their experience when those people should fix their damn network instead.

It is always impressive when someone with your level of ignorance runs into a topic without even cursory reading on the subject. Bravo, you are truly the most clueless person posting in this thread and in a thread with a Slick post that's saying something.

so youre the stupid kid.

With your level of language and grammar I wouldn't be too hasty to call anyone stupid.

Typical kotaku shitpost in order to gather some clicks. This is what passes as "gaming journalism" nowadays.

Other than the graphics and the theme (during the Cold War), Xenonauts is the best remake of XCOM, the gameplay is almost nailed perfectly.

If you love the original XCOM, get this one.

Nice to see Distant Worlds in the list. Despite its hefty price, it's easily the best 4x space game ever made and the devs are making a mistake pricing this game so high.

No idea about the Fanatec peripherals but Next Car Game is already a true successor of Fallout and Destruction Derby.

Would have loved if they had hired Ron Perlman for the intro voiceover.

I can say this game is one of the best space 4X games ever made, it is deep and amazing. But god damn the price. I wish the developers would learn about price elasticity because at this price they are pricing themselves out of the market, and it's a shame because as I've said this is one of the best space strategy game ever made.

$60 is just way too far.

And since muxwell still had power to delete and edit forum posts, which he kept doing after his game was pulled, it appears Valve got fed up of his antics and banned his ass from the steam forums.

This has been the best popcorn-fodder in a while!

Notice how they refuse to mention CoD:Ghosts sales figures. The decline in sales must be bigger than we thought.

Prison Architect is criminally fun. Anyone who loved the old tycoon games should get this one. Despite the theme the game really is fun to play. Perhaps the best tycoon game since Rollercoaster Tycoon 2.

I don't buy games that have been in alpha for years. Do you work for them or something?

Congrats, you win stupid comment of the day award. Enjoy!

So it's basically like Crysis, except for the huge levels and the free-form gameplay. And the finite number of enemies.

Ghosts didn't have infinite spawns. I'm not expecting this one will.

It didn't? OMG Innovation!

It also had a dog! And fish that moved out of the way!
