I don't understand, how that is a total fail? Perhaps they are thinking if you have the hardware to run high res, you likely have the latest gen cards on the market.

AFIK, the only game on that list to be refused classification in AU is Manhunt, the rest are freely purchasable from EB, JB-HiFi etc (and I own most of them, locally bought). I suspect their previous unavailability on Steam was related to arrangements with local distributors rather than the OFLC.
