| Netflix is awesome. We stream more than we get mailed. I can't believe it's still so cheap for how much we get from it. I'm definitely on their side when it comes to ISPs being assholes. Definitely needs to be more open competition in the ISP market. They should be competing for unlimited caps at cheaper prices instead of limited caps at more expensive prices. |

I still really enjoy playing TF2 (usually play payload).
Hopefully we'll get to see the winning submissions, they should be pretty entertaining. Funny shit happens all the time in that game. |

LOTRO is a very nice, polished MMO that's easy to get into and has a low price barrier. And it's still one of the best looking MMOs, at least landscape-wise.
Only played D&D in beta, so can't say much about it.

| Yeah, when I was coin-locked, it took me literally 20 SECONDS to alt-tab, go to e-mail, copy code, back to game, control-v, unlocked. That's hardly a hassle. |

| You don't expect them to change the classes, ever? That's just silly. While they said they're not going to try for perfect balance in the sandbox class system, they are going to watch the boundaries. If one soul makes all other souls obsolete, that's not very fun, and steps should be taken to either bring other souls up or the one soul in line with others. |

I'm not even familiar with The National, but I did read what was posted:
About The National High Violet' is The National's most acclaimed and fastest-selling album to date. Released in May 2010, it debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200, and prompted the New York Times to claim "The National is in a league of its own." The band has toured non-stop since the album's release, with highlights that include sold out shows at Radio City Music Hall and Brooklyn's Prospect Park; a concert at the Brooklyn Academy of Music to benefit the Red Hot Organization, with accompanying live webcast on Youtube and Vevo directed by D.A. Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus; and mainstage performances at Bonnaroo, Sasquatch, and Lollapalooza, where they "seduced everyone" according to USA Today.
So... 3rd on Billboard Top 200, not exactly unknown.

They already had a week long open beta. Anyone who wanted to try it could do so, looks like you missed it.
Cutter, have you played it? What level did you get to? You keep saying the same thing in every Rift thread. |
