There's a reason I don't own ANY of the CoD games...
When is this stupid Zombie Apocalypse going to stop. Zombies are boring...why does every game have to have them now it seems. Ok, Plants VS Zombies rocked...but that's it. |

I have had no issues with the DRM ever, and I have had a TON of fun playing this game. If you like city building games, I highly recommend it. Multi-player is awesome as well. Don't believe the haters...they just like to hate.
Not to mention this is like the 4th patch? They keep adding content and fixing anything we bring up on the forums. Thats a lot better than most companies I have had to deal with. |

David Allen's blog was taken down by court order.
Derek has posted something in similar style, but I bet HIS won't be taken down by court order. (Remains to be seen)
I don't care much for David or Derek, but I got to give it to Derek on this one. As far as the public battle goes lol.
If you didn't read the above link http://www.dereksmart.com/2010/09/best-laid-plans/, you should. Of course, its better if you read David's blog before it got taken down. I posted it on Blues, but I'm sure Derek has scoured the site and asked them to remove it...I haven't checked yet though...he posted on the thread so I'm sure he's aware of it.
EDIT: It was a link to the cached version I posted so yeah, its gone. |

| On one had I'm glad I waited to buy this, and on the other I'm sad that I have been waiting for a good F1 game since the Ps2 version, and I was excited this might be it. Hopefully they will fix these issues in a patch, but fake AI seems pretty bad to me. If they couldn't code it right in the first place, what makes me think they will be able to do it now? |

Ok, I'll try it...downloading now...If you don't hear back from me it means the game really sucks and I could care less about following up on such a waste of time...or its really good and I can't be bothered to tell you how I feel. |

You can get a refund for any Stardock game. Actually, you can't. I made the mistake of buying Elemental at launch and have been trying to get a refund ever since. Since the game is not unplayable (defined, it seems, by the fact that it will run) they won't honor a refund. They've been offering partial refunds if you just don't like the game from what I understand. |

Creston Creston, you're being elitist. Doesn't anyone have a right to post their opinion? Maybe they've been reading BN for years and never felt the need to comment until now. I was like that before I started posting on BN. In fact, it was probably one of your posts that prompted me to finally dive in |

| I think some of you just like to complain. I thought it was a clever way of bringing attention to their service. They said over and over and over you will still be able to download all your games. Who really cares if they weren't available for a few days. I cartainly didn't. Its not like I have 50 other games I've never finished. In the end, are you peple really losing anything other than a few hair folicles, if you even have any. |

| I played the PC demo on Steam. It was fun, but I got my butt kicked at the very end. The tutorial is so casual, I didn't expect the rush. I want to try the Xbox version too to see how the mechanics are. I have a Blockbuster pass (don't laugh too hard) so I'll probably rent it on the way home from work. |

But then, those CS numbers basically prove you're spouting bullshit.
Thank god Valve develops their multiplayer games, and not you. In 2006 CS had almost 60,000 SERVERS and 3,000,000 UNIQUE PLAYERS per month. 129,000 is a pittance.
Valve single-handedly killed CAL and CPL by watering down their games, and with the leagues, went the players. So Valve isn't as smart as you think.
PS TF2 is so unfun I uninstalled after 3 days and took the orange box right back to Best Buy. Umm...hes saying there are curently, as in right now at this very moment, 129,000 people playing those games. Not a monthly average. Now I don't if my math is any good but 129,000X30 days in a typical month equals 3,870,000 per month. So suck on that! And you should site the source of your numbers instead of "i pulled them out my a$$" |
