| Hey at least they are providing updates and keeping people informed. How many other game companies can you list that do the same thing? I'm a die hard Silent Hunter fan and we rarely ever hear of any updates from the dev. |

Really getting tired of hearing that excuse. Game is shit period no matter how you spin it. It doesnt negate the fact that they got our money and the game is worthless for about 4 months or maybe more.
CIV 5 here I come
And how is this different from many other games???? At least I got to play the beta and make suggestions. I love the Silent Hunter series and have been burned with the vanilla versions of that. But in the end after patches and mod support, I have no problem handing over money. Sorry for your loss, but there are more people than you think that actually like it. |

I agree with you. I can watch horror movies with no issues, but can't do the games. Clive Barker's Undying was one that I tried for 5 minutes and that was it. |

You obviously didn't read the article. The judge allowed it to go through because of Hawaii's law to prevent items like EULA from user's being able to sue. It wasn't the judge's fault; he's interpreting some iditiotic policitians' law that was put into effect. |
