No Android version? 1.5M activations a day according to Google.
EDIT: Blue's post doesn't mention it but there is an Android version too. |

Nope. Still unplayable.
What bugs? Bugs with the Linux version, or in CK2 in general?
He probably deems the game unplayable since it doesn't simulate the lice in your king's hair piece.
There's probably a mod for that, check Paradox's forum.
I expect to find lice there.
Heheh It's no big deal. I'm having problems running CK2 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS running Unity on my new i7 laptop with HD Graphics 4000/GeForce GT 610M. Running it vanilla with HD4000 doesn't work and adding "optirun %command%" or "primusrun %command%" doesn't help.
What happens is that the game launches but freezes on optirun/primusrun. On Intel it launches but I cannot click on any of the "choose your language" buttons which show up.

| I only spent a few minutes playing Planetside 2 and it looks like a vastly improved version of ETQW. I wonder how this game can compete with it. |

Seriously who really cares about Prey 2? I picked up Prey for 4 euros in a bargain bin about a year after it came out. I like the game but I never see any mention of it ...
Are people really waiting to play Prey 2? |

I played the demo yesterday on my xbox.
Man ... respect to the developers who finished it but it was clear that they had nothing to work with.
This game is pretty bad. Poor level design, poor mechanics and a complete lack of excitement in any form. I only played a part of the demo - I got bored after the lacklustre driving sequence.
This is not even worth it as a bargain bin game. About 2 euros would be around the right price. Not 20 en definitely not 60. |

What do DirectX 11 video cards cost nowadays? $300-$400? You also need a decent PC with a bit of horsepower plus screen. Oh yeah and you'll need at least Vista.
At the end of the day you'll be spending around $1000 for the privilege of playing this game.
I've abandoned the PC as a gaming platform because I feel it's getting too expensive.
I own an XBox and I can pick up this game and play it without having to bother with new video cards, operating systens, drivers, bla bla.
Yes the Xbox version will not look quite as good. But really, I don't see the difference anymore. 3D Graphics have hit a visual plateau for quite some time now. |
