Hope Horizon 2 is more sim-like this time around. Maybe open world and Forza physics are too much to do at the same time.

John is a rockstar in the PC gaming world. As long as it is marketed well, his game can be poop in a box and it will sell plenty.

The framework is there for a fun game but lots of work to be done; I just about cut myself on the rough edges.

Rate this game is going it won't be finished for 2 more years.

This will mark one of (if not the first?) major AAA kickstarter game to completion.

Will be interesting to see how much content and quality the game will have.

I wouldn't call this AAA at all. Wasteland, Torment, and Eternity far surpass its budget, and those are barely able to be considered borderline AAA.

On the other hand, it's a lot cheaper to make an AAA racing game than it is to make, say, an AAA shooter or RPG. Still, I agree this probably won't be considered in the same league as Grid 2, for example.

There's no way in hell this is AAA.

Why wouldn't it be, the first one certainly was. I don't expect anything different unless they've gone and let all the money go to their head and have been screwing off too much. They really have shown very little and they still claim stuff is Alpha, wtf?

If you search deeper into this, there is a women witness that said the Glass women was drunk and lipping off to the guy.

Sounds kind of like she was half asking for it. Need more details on exactly what happened.

What gets me are the ads. I don't go to a theater to see 5 ads before the main feature!!!

You basically described a small part of Saints Row IV. GTA is the semi-realistic heist/crime family game while the Saints Row series has been the "what crazy shit can we put in next" GTA clone.

Not at all. Saints Row is cartoony, arcade, over the top style. I'll looking for a 'realistic' looking and feeling world that GTA does so well but sci-fi.

Rockstar is definitely getting their money's worth out of that game engine, that's for sure.

I'd like to see them do comprehensive environment destruction and interaction in their next engine. It is so pathetically lacking in today's games.

In a different vein, I think a new setting would be awesome for GTA6. Give me a sci-fi future world with things like hover cars, laser weapons, high tech gadgets and alien races.

I'll care about your game when you care about PC.

PC Release, or lose a sale. That is all there is to it at this point. All of the people I want to play Online with are on PC, not on a console. There is no excuse why this shouldn't be able to have a PC release.

Ditto.

Will they allow infinite zoom out finally is all I want to know.

Camera ability is so lamely limited and thus hampered in these previous games, its why I stopped buying.

In an age where most games can be completed in 8 hours or less, I don't see this as a great policy for business.

I predict this won't last long.

Definitely in my top 5 game of all time list.

And yeah, one really needs to take the time to learn the game. Once you do, it all gels together and the game flows like silk. It becomes such a rush.

You have to think and be ahead of your actions the whole time.

This game really is pure genius.
