Love those parodies. Great movie too. Shame they're "taking them down" (I'm sure you'll see plenty of them around, still). I bought the movie because I had seen so many of these parodies, and seeing how serious the tone of the movie must be really seemed like a good WW2 movie.

I want to play a mage now... Those spells sound so cool and useful! As does leveling a new mage!
However, still not excited for Cataclysm as a whole, and still haven't played WoW for over 6 months. |

| The gameplay videos I saw were similar. The gunplay is even weak and stale looking. I realize it's MMO-like, but it didn't look engaging at all. |

It's more like a sandbox, you simply have more options (whereas before, if you were caught, you were probably dead, if on higher difficulties). It's really nice to be able to actually defend yourself this time.
But, everyone's split. Either you hate it because it doesn't have SvM, or you love it. |

Just so all of you know, the 360 version of SCC is already done and in stores according to a few people on Ubi's forums. Post got modded, but people were calling places like Best Buy.
Makes sense given how close to release it is. I loved the demo, and the new direction.
Sorry you PC gamers are getting shafted  I agree that Ubi's treating PC gamers very unfairly, but I can't pass up this game on the console. I definitely don't hate Ubi as much as Activision. |

Again, just because they have DRM or are shit for PC gamers, doesn't mean people won't get them for their consoles. I personally wouldn't touch any of their future games with a 10 foot pole unless I knew I could get around the DRM. However, I plan on purchasing SCC for the 360.

I also thought SC2 was too much like the original, despite not being a big PvP fan (as in, melee or un-modified gameplay). The graphics are nice, and there are hundreds of little tweaks that make full use of the AI and make building and such, painless.
I almost exclusively played UMS maps, minus a few attempts at the campaigns (never finished them, much less without cheats). Loved RPG and defense maps to death, though. Looking forward to the editor, since it's supposedly extremely flexible (and just waiting for some ample and creative hands to fondle it).
Still iffy on if it's a day one purchase, but I don't think Blizzard will let us down. |

I prefer Skype after using TS and Vent. Vent is great and easy to set up, and TS is just a nightmare overall.
Skype is even easier, though I don't know about having more than 2-4 people on at once. |

Looks better than Dr. Ned atleast... (haven't tried underdome, but I haven't heard much good about it)
The game could really, still, use a good balancing patch first and foremost before any more DLC though.
