Wow, how did I get this mixed up with George A. Romero? I guess I saw 'Romero' and figured there was only one 'cool guy' with that last name.

The only problem someone could have with this, is if it's possible to make a severe mistake (ala Sacred 2) that would hinder the character later on.
I'm all for respecs, but their reasoning here is quite stupid IMO. How about put it in anyway and let the players decide whether or not they need it?  |

I'm assuming this is so that guy in every Gamestop can tell you how awesome he thinks Dragon Age 2 is, and how you should preorder it ASAP. And do this to every customer. Repeatedly.
Every Gamestop. That guy. He will now hold over you his temporarily "exclusive" knowledge of Dragon Age 2. You get to thank EA for this!

$30 because it's standalone I imagine... Hell, with what PC publishers are trying lately ($60 COD, and others I believe), $30 for an expansion seems acceptable. Not to mention you don't need previous games (usually, with Relic games) to play it.
Relic deserves your money anyway. Constant patching + quality games from release! (<3 you, COH!)
I kinda miss DOW2, haven't played serious PC games in a while since my mobo died. |

Agreed, picked it up for 360. Loved the first one. This one takes all of the fun out of flying a plane. You'll be doing loop-the-loops to avoid missiles ALL THE TIME. Flares are a luxury.
I mean, fine, you have to do some maneuvers to get away from missiles... but this game makes it so you can ONLY do sharp turns to avoid missiles. It gets VERY, VERY tedious. Also, enemy planes use flares constantly, almost infinitely.
The campaign sucks, barring a couple cool missions. MP boils down to who can multi-AA first...
Yeah, just avoid it. It's attempting to be COD, and sucks hard. |

Recently picked it up for the 360. It's pretty fun, but I wish they'd GET BACK TO PATCHING IT! I think we're on 1.0 still. You wouldn't believe how many glitches and exploits exist.
I understand they released 50 patches in a row to fix this and that on PC, and that they MAY be considering patching the 360 once they compile one big patch. However, every bit of time they delay, less people will be interested in playing SupCom 2 on the console. (the ones that DO play, are forced to use the same exploits to play "fair" games against other cheaters, even).
The DLC looks cool, though. Maybe that'll come to 360 with the patch(es). |
