That's a shame, it looked kind of neat in a ridiculous camp kind of way. I tried the demo on steam because the game itself actually looked like it could be interesting and fun....
5 Minutes in I was cursing. WASD is how you scroll the menu, Enter is the "Start button"
You start playing and it starts walking you through the tutorial telling you what buttons to press..... still shows the Xbox buttons, Green A, Red B, etc. So you have to smash the keyboard to figure out which one corrisponds to what because hitting Escape does NOTHING (Figured out finally I had to HIT ENTER BECAUSE IT WAS START SO THAT WAS THE PAUSE BOTTON) After you finally hit "Start" there is no menu, figured out F1 was options, no option to remap keys or figure out what buttons did what.
Tore what was left of my hair out.
Uninstalled the demo. |

I downloaded it on Steam for the free weekend. 2 hours later deleted it.
Fast paced, kill streaking kiddy bullshit. What a waste of time and hard drive space that game is. Should be ashamed if you actually pay for it, even at the discounted price. |

Going to go play Wargame: European A...something. Tanks blow shit up. Wargame: European Escalation. I wish that had more air power...expansion hopefully! Beta, and Stress Test. These words do not mean "Demo" I am sick of people like you.

I've put over 120 hours into this game playing it several times with different friends Coop.
Bought it full price the day it came out.
Was worth every penny. The only DLC that wasn't really worth the time was the Genki one. Gangstas in Space and The Trouble with Clones were both great little additions. Clones had a super fun part for the last mission in it as well where you get super powers, can run really fast, and throw fireballs that I had an absolute blast with. |

Verno wrote on Apr 18, 2012, 12:10: Not to diss on Path of Exile but it just felt very amateur to me. The skill trees were very convoluted, difficulty was all over the place, production value of the assets were poor and the gameplay didn't really grab me either. I got into one of the really early betas so maybe it shaped up a lot but that was my experience. I didn't find the skill tree convoluted at all, but that may be because it was so similar to FF8's skill tree that it just made sense to me. As well as the Gem system being similar to FF7's Materia system. I loved the Skill/Gem systems because of that.
However, I agree that I still found the game mediocre and amateurish when it came to gameplay. It seemed like they just took Diablo 2's formula exactly (3 Chapters, 6 Major quests in each) and just went "Close enough" |

What kind of moron goes to a forum and says shit that is going to get him banned in the first place.
I find this highly illogical. Especially if you have money invested. |

'Need' has the advantage of in-built franchise name recognition. And Fast and the Furious has the bult in franchise name recognition of VIN DIESEL. You don't need a second muscle guy and muscle car movie to compete with Fast and the Furious, fucking do something new. |

| Game has been excellent the last few beta builds. Have been enjoying the rush of high speed flag capping just like back in the original game. Have had quite a few pucker your butthole moments when just barely getting a flag cap while being chased by half the opposing team. |

What I stated was not an exact quote from him. It was a summarizing of his attitude towards PC gaming since becoming a "Huge success" because of Gears of War (God forbid he should remember he wouldn't even have a career if it wasn't for the PC and the success of Unreal)
His ability to pull a 180 on the PC gaming community and POKE at them and say they're "grumpy" (and that one is an exact quote) because they didn't get a PC demo for Bulletstorm is just appalling. Then he goes to GDC and starts sucking PC cock and telling people to make games for it. He can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. |

T Shirts, Mugs and Hoodies. Vita port Day 1 DLC, and even a mention of further DLC before you've even got funding for the main game? Guy who worked on some of my least favorite Star Wars games (Rebel Assault and Battlegrounds? Really? That is your track record?) With what sounds and looks like blatant pandering to Xwing fanboys like myself. With a mere budget of 150,000?
I don't see how this could be good at all. Pass. |

Its too simplistic.. The game requires, progressive and interesting statistics, and goals to win, moreso as a part of a team...
un-coordinated 9year olds want to sit in a corner and act like they are improving their game with upgrades and fake stats.... So why not beat the middle man and just include a aim bot for them and call it a day?
Planetside and Planetside 2 would like to have a word with you... and make you their bitch. |

Reapers take off just like blue ending, green energy spreads, Joker and EDI walk out of Normandy looking normal. No shots of any people changing form or looking different. What part are you referring to? When Joker and EDI step out they do not look normal during the Synthesis ending, in fact Joker specifically looks at his hand. There are green lines going through plants, joker, EDI everything. That are supposed to infer everything has been infused with nanites/synthetic whatever. |
