Yeah Fuck You, guys that make the most stable feature complete drivers for Linux! Fuck you in the ass!
Shit like this is why I wish Linus would learn some humility, and to know when to just STFU. He always comes off as a guy surrounded by Yes-Men that never call him on his immature bullshit. |

So in other words he's given up making amazing games like Populous, and now just wants to use a team of marketing researchers, to figure out the most efficient way to get mice to hit the feeder bar, so that he can drain some bank accounts on worthless social media shit.

As negative as I've been on this debacle, nothing I've read suggests there was anything illegal going on. Oh since about the time their business model relied on a 75 million dollar tax payer loan. What you've read on websites, isn't the full story, which is why we're seeing an investigation. |

| I cancelled my account this month. I think I am done with MMO's until someone actually comes up with something truly original. I'm tired of the WoW Reskinned MMO's. SWTOR brought absolutely nothing new to the table. |

TF2 and CS have been worked on by Valve longer than they were mods, and the people who created those were all given really nice jobs. The horror... |

I don't see how they had a case other than to prove their own incompetence.
I haven't liked anything Epic has produced since UT2K4, but it's one of the most widely used engines, and other studios don't seem to have any problems getting it to do what they need. |

They attempted to sue over the word "Scrolls" saying it was derived from "The Elder Scrolls". Does this mean we get to see them sue someone for using the word "Fire" in a title?
If not, why not? Do they only need to defend their trademarks in certain circumstances? |

Hmm I seem to remember getting The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition for free, the Portal 2 test chamber editor update for free, Unreal Tournament's "black edition" for free, Skyrim's high rez textures for free, etc, etc, etc. Should I go on? This isn't adding anything that can't be added with mods. So why would I want to buy the game twice? |

Cutter wrote on May 28, 2012, 15:09: Yes, but old Blizzard would have never done this. This is the new Actiblizz. Don't be surprised to see them start behaving more like EA and killing server support after a year or two. They've already carved a big hunk off the game to get it out the door. I'm sure much, much shorter development cycles and DLC are going to be next for Actiblizz. Oh bullshit, they're still running Diablo 2. I understand the concern, but to honestly suggest that D3 might get shut down in a year or two is just ridiculous. |

Step outside the bubble. Wait. How does one person rack up $5T in debt and have the lowest spending in 60 years?
Edit: Oh wait, I get it. It's because you can turn around and "massage" the numbers, and then apply the difference by inflation. Oh how silly me. The person that racked up that debt was George W. Bush. The debt wasn't erased the day he left office. |

Wildone wrote on May 24, 2012, 19:26: Thats wishful thinking. I hear Obama's job creation plan has opened a new chopstick making factory in Alabama (not joking) so thats viable. Obama has spent more in 3 and a half years than Bush did in his entire two terms, refused to cut enough so that the US credit rating would be lowered, and consistently puts his socialism loving cronies in the UN above US citizens. Yeah I really can't wait til all his obamites vote him in again so he can finish what he started in turning the US into a 3rd world liberal utopian welfare state. It'll be so awesome! Are there any sane Republicans left? You guys all sound like conspiracy theorists at this point. Oh and by the way, Obama's spending is the lowest rate in 60 years. Our debt is leftovers from the Bush administration.
Obama spending lowest in 60 years
