News Comments > Etherium Gameplay Video

Doesn't look half bad, I'm always interested in a halfway decent RTS game.

Hopefully the factions are sufficiently different but still(mostly) balanced, and the unit counter system isn't setup too hard to be enjoyable.

A demo, por favor!

With my AC purchases and the acquisition of Mordor - no games needed until GTA5....and even then I have games for years to come! The AC games alone are 500 hours.

Hehehe... need? Need has nothing to do with steam sales, my friend.

I don't take anyone seriously unless their Steam/Gog/Gamersgate/Humble/etc. games list is at least 10x a normal human lifespan.

waiting for the $9.99 or less single player version.
And people wonder why niche genres die out.

Considering this game has already made like $55 Million, niche games seem to be making a huge comeback.

The Star Citizen business model discounts people like me honestly.. they are literally making millions off a small fraction of their eventual audience, all the extremely eager pre-release ship buyers are funding this game. Me buying it 6 months to a year after release at a discount just looks good on their sales totals when they go to make their next game.

*EDIT*

I do understand your concern though, and I have supported the current crop of RPG and ARPG Indies:

Divinity: Original Sin
Wasteland 2
Grim Dawn
Pillars of Eternity

all either pre-ordered or had their Kickstarters contributed to by me, so I can understand how people who are REALLY into the old Space Sims got drawn into Star Citizen's promises. I am a fair weather Space Sim fan at best, it's been like 15-20 years since I went crazy over TIE Fighter, for example.

A lot of vitriol in this thread...I for one, am looking forward to seeing the release version of this game in 2020 or so.

*DISCLAIMER* Did not back the kickstarter, zero investment in Star Citizen, waiting for the $9.99 or less single player version.

All political discussions aside(and there are many serious ones to be had), I really want those T-Shirts shown towards the bottom of the Kickstarter.

I'll keep buying their games. Divinity Original Sin was easily the best RPG I've played since Ultima 7, Serpents Isle. That's a long motha fucking time!

I don't know if I'd give it THAT much praise, but it was definitely very good. I plan on replaying it after I finish off a few other games, and I'll be hard pressed not to buy anything new from Larian after D:OS.

I keep hearing high praise for this game, I suppose I'll have to give in and buy it on gog. The queue is in yet another growth period, it seems.

Done.

Uh.... Yeah. Sold.

Yea just noticed inside is the game card - wish they wouldn't do that. Email it or put it on the outside.....I wasn't going to open it.

My GTAV vinyl is sitting on the shelf in display, unopened.

My Skyrim hardcover bible sits on my desk, I can't bring myself to open it.

Ugh.. just go ahead and open all of those. Never keep stuff packaged to try to maintain "value," take stuff out and use it.

That isn't bad, but I would have been more impressed if she just slapped them all off the table, and said: "that's what you fuckers get for playing Jenga!"

Ah, CCleaner... is there any better free application out there? Seriously, I love this thing, I get immense pleasure in using it to clean up my systems, well beyond the scope of that minor to nonexistent gain in performance.

Still looking good, still feel as though I'll wait for this to go on sale before I buy it. I wonder if this will get gun heavy towards the latter parts of the game like Dead Island did? That's not necessarily bad, of course, I thought the gunplay in DI was ok, but they only show melee in these trailers so far.

Steam Sale should be starting in a few hours, right?

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat, Jagged Alliance:Back in Action and Crossfire, Shadowrun Returns, as far as publishing goes, I believe.

Hrm looking at their web page, they actually were involved in a fair number of games, hopefully this turns out well.

Well, it's Postal with a better engine, but the real problem is the neo-nazi, anti-minority, anti-muslim, anti-homosexual beliefs some of their studio members apparently support. With that kind of presence on social media these days, Valve and other large companies will avoid their game.

I have no interest in getting this game, but I admit I am mildly interested in seeing how their strategy of continual negative press translates into sales, especially if they are unable to get their game onto Steam.

What the hell? Unless something changed, why are people BUYING Dungeon Defenders 2? Isn't that game going to be Free to Play on release still? The 19.99 is just for beta access + developer support, as far as I understand it.

Stop buying Betas, humanity.

Parkour, plus jump kicking people/zombies in the face, some crafting, some shooting; it's Dead Island 1.5 of course. The Day/Night gameplay changes sound pretty good too.

I finished Dead Island and enjoyed it a lot, so I'm pretty much sold on this game at sale price, debating buying it for close to full price around release day.
