The creator of PvZ did indeed lose his job. I hate EA, here comes another lifeless sequel.

Just wanted to say that I am the proud owner of the Nobel Peas Prize. It's a gold trophy you get for beating the campaign, and all the mini games, puzzles, and survival levels.

This is probably my only opportune moment to brag, I have no regrets taking it. I don't even like achievements, but for some reason, I do in this game.

On a sad note, pop cap hasn't come up with anything new in a long time. Now the get a sequel? I won't say it's not warranted, but EA's kiss of death has gotten every developer so far.

It appears cutting edge graphics are still not a selling point for this series. Looks like the same old shit to me.

This would of been great at launch.

If I was head of that clusterfuck, I would be working on some more content, or something that will retain gamers. The whole "cash cow" philosophy for Diablo isn't holding much water at the moment.

Except for bots, maybe.

The original port didn't even bother raising the resolution or texture sizes up. I doubt I will be surprised with this one. Actually, the original port may of been one of my first experiences with a port to begin with.

Far too little, far too late.

You still can't even sort stuff the way you want.

It's like looking through a bargain bin at Walmart.

Great news! The inevitable GOTY pack with all the extras is getting sweeter all the time.

Keep counting those eggs EA.

If they keep throwing out DLC after launch, I'll keep waiting to buy these games.

And there goes my SKSE again, hopefully it's been updated.

Time to reinstall that hex editor, sigh.

The announcement of the announcement. Blah..

Pretty lackluster expansion pack, if you should even call it that, according to all the reviews I read.

Preordered from Gamefly, mostly because I had a generous 25% off coupon to use up.

I got the PC Download pre-ordered from Amazon.com a few days ago as it's only $53 there.

Does that register on steam? I assume all PC copies do but I'm not entirely sure.

Man, I need some new friends to play with, lol.

If this is another 12 hour single player campaign with a carbon copy multiplayer for 60 bucks you can count me out, zombie mode or not.

I ended up pirating MW3 just for the single player, I wasn't that impressed. With so many set pieces it actually gets boring, you barely feel like your even part of the action, or required for it.

Still, if they charged 20 bucks for just the single player, I would consider that fair.

I've made a separate facebook account for these kind of games before. To save the pain of loggin in and out of facebook accounts, I will usually save my password and username on a different browser I don't use very often.

Once you do that, you can friend a bunch of strangers that want to play the game. It's okay if you do it that way, but honestly the social aspect of these social games are usually the reason I quit playing

the mechanics are fun despite that, it's a shame this is where a lot of the new "fun" games are appearing.. just wanting to milk as much money out of you as they possibly can

5. Re: EU Diablo III Patch Live; Repair Costs Draw Fire Jun 20, 2012, 10:01 fawker

In an attempt to thwart botters (which I honestly don't think they'll ever resolve) players now take penalties for breaking a frigging barrel. Also, they pay high repair costs.

I was going to start playing due to most of the positive changes with this patch, but not after hearing about the barrel and pots thing. I don't want to feel like I'm losing money just breaking stuff.

I don't buy Max Payne games, or many other story driven games, for the multiplay. Never have, never will.

That being said, $60 bucks is steep for 12-15 hours of game time.

See you on the inevitable Steam Sales, Mr. Payne.
