I would consider myself "christian" religious, but more from a spiritual side versus a specific denomination. Given that, there's very few things I find more annoying that people pushing their faith on others (though one I do find more annoying is political correctness). My faith is not a badge I wear for all to see, it's just something I use as a foundation for how I live my life. The more you preach from the bible, the less serious I'll take you and the more I'll question what skeletons are hiding behind your rhetoric.

Totally agree. I don't share my views with most folks as I feel like everyone should be allowed to have their own beliefs.

I really enjoyed the first part. They mix in quite a lot of Borderlands humor while exploring new ground. There is a part where [MainCharacter2] is scrambling to do something because she knows that [MainCharacter1] is going to do something "unless he's a COMPLETE moron" and then stares at the screen.

That 4th-wall breaking stare as I realized that I forgot to do that while I was controlling [MainCharacter1]...

HA! Looking forward to it, once the season is done.

I'm playing the paid version on steam at 2560x1440 with a R9 290 and so far it's running everything great at near max settings with the latest patch. Is there any way to skip the intro movies when I load the game?

In the old days, if you could find the .bik movie files (or the like), you could just rename/delete them and it would skip them.

And how does one tell the sexual orientation of various NPCs with this (apparently "LOL" inducing) mod you wrote?

Also, have some rope. Tie it around your neck, so you won't lose it.

There will be absolutely no embargo on any type of coverage once the game is available for sale.

That **is** an embargo, you fucking cockweasels.

Holy shit, how to go from "I like these guys!" to "Useless bunch of fucking shitwheels" in a single year: Ubisoft 2014.

Ahh Creston, you come up with the most inventive names. Cockweasels? No idea what that could possibly mean, but damn if isn't funny as hell.

*pulls out chart and shows Cutter*

The list has grown enough that we need a list of Crestonisms (TM), detailing the various levels of Creston. Is Cockweasel above or below a Cockwallet? I'm not sure, honestly.

I've been waiting on a decent racing game for next gen, but nobody seems able to deliver. Too much emphasis on letting the game post to Facebook for you, not enough on racing and cars.

Totally agree. Looked at NFS last fall, but it seemed more focused on online. Driveclub also looked pretty focused on online, and they still can't get the servers working, apparently. And now this...

Maybe Project Cars? It looks so good it's almost too good to be true...

I understand that the online interaction between players may need more evaluation when the game releases, but they could have allowed reviewers to do partial reviews and let us know about the rest of the game. From what I have heard from people who played the tests, it's not worth the price of admission, and it seems like Ubi knows that.

I've heard nothing positive about it, from word of mouth on the beta.

Plea deal for woman with 'stand your ground' defense.

If she'd shot and killed him, she'd be free. Instead she shot to warn him, and she goes to jail. That's pretty messed up.

I'm not a fan of Stand Your Ground, but the reason I sent it in was the outrageous minimum 20 year sentence with no option for parole...for firing a shot into a wall. That's so fucked up I don't know where to begin...

I'm really glad she's (eventually, soon) going home.

It's not like this is their first Halo game they release.
I don't understand how an established dev studio like this can be so incompetent.

A lot of shit got pushed out to meet release dates. AC, Driveclub, Halo. I would expect similar issues with Teh Crew as well...

How is it that EA is basically the only big-time publisher to release a game this year that wasn't a pile of crap?

And we had two decent movie tie in games this year, with Alien and Mordor.

It's like opposite year.

Guys. I need some suggestions on what to watch (series). Ive just finished Boardwalk Empire and I have run out of ideas.

On another note, I watched Interstellar on Saturday and I gotta say it was pretty good. It does have some constency issues but otherwise its a very enjoyable (and mostly accurate from a hard science POV) Sci-Fi flick. As for direction it was very ambtious of Nolan to even attempt to film it, and he pulled it off to perfection. The special effects never felt overdone or obviously CGI and the acting was superb. I even enjoyed Fat Damon.

I need to watch...
The Wire (amazon prime streaming)
Sopranos
Boardwalk (restarting from scratch, before the final season hits disc)
And catch up on Archer and Workaholics (which is such a guilty pleasure - I wanted to hate it so badly, until they did the juggalo episode, and I laughed my ass off)

I was as well! I'd ignored it/writted it off until the press demo "leaked". (Still love to know if they did that themselves, or who did, as it was a brilliant marketing tool.)
