People often believe that the artistry of a game boils down to the amount of money spent on it...nothing could be further from true...;)

It's also important not to put words in other peoples mouths, or twist what they said.

I've not powered mine on since maybe the beginning of the year. Might see what I can get for trade in...I see best buy is supposed to still be offering the trade in towards an xbone...feel kinda dirty going back to them, though.

*Shrugs* I don't know - for me the excitement isn't totally there for slightly different reasons (like it not being Isometric), but everyone has there own take on FO now (for me the series peaked in 1998/2001). I'm surprised there is already a pre-order up.

(Perhaps overly optimistic) Rumor is this fall. I was surprised by the preorder as well, as I expected the game next year (still am, actually).

Guess we'll see in a couple of weeks.

Basketball really does not translate well to a computer game.

I know, right? It's so hard to play with a keyboard. If only there was some sort of alternate input, maybe even with analogue control, that would make it easier!

Fuck!

Graphically, this looks better than Fallout 4 ever will. Kickstarter funded, from an Indie developer, made for PCs, and not made for consoles. Maybe I should spend more than 20 bucks on this....

It almost looks too good to the point that I worry about their budget supporting it. Of course, we don't know how much of their own money they're bringing to the table. But I feel pretty confident (based on the videos with the kid, and Fargo's comments) it doesn't feature outside funding.

But hey, I'm along for the ride. I keep seeing stuff like this (specifically gameplay/combat mechanic examples) and the pledge will go up as well.

Pfft, that one's not new - I've been playing it every night for decades.

I play a variation of that called "Screwdriver, Screwdriver, Screwdriver, Floor".

Obviously WL2 is what you should choose, as Witcher 1 and Witcher 2 are on sale every other day for $1-$3, but WL2 might go on sale for $20 (if you had none of those).

zactly...and there's an upgrade/remix coming for WL2 as well.

Oh, that seems like a different point then originally portrayed. The only time I had to contact them was for a refund by email, went ok'ish. But with the new policy hopefully that will be a bit improved.

Yeah, I hope yesterdays announcement is the first step towards a better experience. They admitted awhile back this customer service wasn't the best, so maybe this is the beginning of a change.

So...... what if some day GOG will do something unforgivable? Inquisitive

YOU SHALL NOT SULLY THE PRECIOUS NAME OF GOG!

Hey nin, is that you grabbing/wanting the game, or is that Bethesda ready to take your money, or both?

Well, I'm sure it's not free, I'll say that.

I get your point, but take this outside of gaming to security/news/terrorism that is pushed on us. How many people live in fear over what if's? I can't believe I know people, I'd had assume it was just few, but there are many. I have to compartmentalize this the same way. I just have to live outside of these fears, to me it would be a bit batty otherwise.

Given Lego's past PC forays, I would expect this to be fully sub-optimal compared to Minecraft, 1/10 the utility, with payments to flesh it out.

Shovelware like this, is going the same way as fast food, it's time is past. The market is just not there in sufficient numbers like it was when the baby boom peaked at it's game buying stage.
