I've already preordered The Evil Within. Not going to watch this trailer because I heard it has a major spoiler. I'm going black on this title until it comes out.

And from your posting history you sound like a paid shill.

I'm not really seeing that, dude. I mean he compares it to the Alien game in one post, but he posts about other stuff as well.

I'm a supporter of this game. I want it to be awesome. Bought in at $35 or $40 level two years ago.

I still don't understand why, two years on, people are still throwing hundreds and thousands of dollars each at Chris Roberts. Not complaining, just not comprehending.

That comic bundle looks pretty cool.

The Shadowman key requires $1, even though it's pay what you want. I've been really getting into their book bundles lately. Last section was a shitload of Star Trek comics.

For $15 and DRM free, it's hard to go wrong, if the material interests you...They renew every other Wednesday.

Based on the video and it's "Key Features", it looks to be an improvement over the first game. I have no problem paying more to get more, especially something like this...

Now that's odd. There's no connection between the two. Whatsoever.
..Except for the same developer.

It must not be very easy to spot since it wasn't found before now. I was hoping the link had a screenshot of it.

I assumed he was being sarcastic.

I'm wondering why they tacked this on as "Free DLC" instead of just patching it in. This is content they themselves said was going to be cut to make release, and promised to patch in later. I was waiting for this patch before I started playing.

Because "free DLC!" sounds a lot more impressive these days than "they patched in some extra stuff a few months ago". Sad, but true.

That haze did get a lot of flak when the game came out - I seem to remember it being called a piss filter. Perhaps it's one of those things where the people who hate it speak up and the people who like it don't. I didn't mind it but I don't miss it either.

I wouldn't have mind it being removed in the DC, if there was an option to toggle it back on...

I also liked him in Moonrise Kingdom. Wes Anderson makes good use of the man. (I have yet to see Grand Budapest Hotel)

Grand Budapest is good but he has a very small (though appreciated) role in it.

I do love me some Murray.

He didn't have a huge part in that one. Budapest was ok, I guess I didn't like the ending...but any Wes Anderson is entertaining.

I was thinking of getting Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director's Cut, but the reviews for it suggest that it was based on an earlier build, therefore has bugs, graphical glitches, fps drops, etc. and that it's not been fixed. If I'm wrong, please leave a message after the beep.

Beep.

I'm not sure they ever fixed all the issues with it. The steam forums might know...or they might talk out their asses. It's a 50/50 shot there.

Once I heard they removed the yellow haze, I kind of lost interest. That was part of the art style that gave it such a distinctive look, originally...

Receiver free on the humble store!

Hey, good call. I picked it up.

If anyone is curious what this is (I'd never heard of it before) here's a vid of the dev running through the game and explaining it. It seems like a rogue-like shooter.

I voted for it on greenlight (when greenlight first got up and running), but never got around to buying it once it came out. I don't think it's going to blow anyones mind, but FOR FREE...

If nothing else, it seemed original it what it was trying to do, which is why I voted for it.
