All Gearbox's games thus far have been developed using someone else's engine, kind of a scary to think that they might have to develop their own tech if they are launching on the '720'. If that's the case, given their track record for releasing when they say they are going to, expect this game to come out sometime around 2014.

"When did Blizzard ever release a demo of one of their games? I could be wrong but im pretty sure it was......never?"
You can download a free trial of WoW right now.
In addition to that, Blizzard has a pristine record of making great games, Gearbox, not so much. They promise the moon, but only deliver a flaming bag of dog poop on your front porch.

The game must play so poorly on the PC right now that they don't want to give us a demo to scare us away from actually buying it. I play all FPS's on PC I hate them on the consoles. Them not having a PC demo is proof again that, like the other two BIA games, the PC version is an after thought. They are aiming at the console cash cow then sending their scraps to PC gamers.
I'll pass on this one.

Spread Too Thin |

He says they have 175 people working on at least 4 games (BIA:HH, Aliens, Samba de Amigo, Borderlands) and he says "Even in our studio, we've crunched." He makes it sound as if that isn't a normal occurrence, but I bet if you ask a developer there they'd probably tell you they are crunching a lot! Most AAA titles have teams nearing 200 people FOR ONE GAME. I expect that he has spread his studio too thin and their games will either be constantly delayed (as has been the case with BIA:HH), and/or be lackluster at best.
