well, steve, when you call someone else's belief system a "narrow minded superstition", wouldn't you say that from the other person's point-of-view you are starting a theological discussion?
If someone has red hair and I say "You have red hair," I'm not starting a discussion, only making an observation. Either way, I wasn't trying to debate his theology, I was dismissing it because it was entirely inappropriate for this forum both in its content, and perhaps more importantly, its tone.
The fact that I find his beliefs entirely offensive, and to quote Campbell McGrath, "a nail in the coffin of human aspiration," is another point entirely.
And I understand the point about Star Wars, but come on, I don't let my enjoyment of a movie dictate my beliefs about reality. When the Matrix came out, I liked it, but I didn't decide that I was living in a computer as a result. I can even love Bach's sacred music without believing in God.

People can say they're praying for blue's family and mean whatever they want. They can mean they're thinking of him, they're feeling some kind of sympathy, or that they're putting a word in with the deity of their choice.
No one is interested in your narrow-minded rants about ancient superstitions.

Damn! I hope the beta copy a friend brought over the other night was an old build! Cause damn, did that thing bring my normally zippy P4 2.6 and Radeon 9700 Pro to it's knees!!
I have the same specs and found the beta have terrible performance to the point of unplayability. Hopefully the demo will come out before the game so I can see if that's no longer the case.

It matters if you only have a 4600.
Is that what you were replying to? If so, that's what he meant made no sense... his point was that it's a video, not actual game code, so it shouldn't matter what kind of card you have.
