I see no information about a leaked beta. Unless you are speaking of the "review copies" that got sent out to magazines and royally trashed in the reviews...

Right next to UPS, they must have much faster deliveries than carrier pidgeons.

Overnight shipping isn't the same as same-day. You can keep blaming the stores around you for not having it, or cope with the fact that even most specialty stores pay for overnight shipping of games, not same-day.

Carrier pigeon or no, even people who ordered the game directly from Namco will be getting the game delivered tomorrow.

I assume that you have a link? Press release? Any kind of proof? Really, you should learn what level of trust to give sites that don't provide sources for their "news".

I can give you links to ebgames.com and gamestop.com, both of which list the game's ship date as today.

rhat-bast-ads? Today was the ship date. It continues to amaze me when people like Blue expect to see games on store shelves the same day that they ship. Even worse are people that blame the stores for Blue's misinformation.

Really, how did you think it was going to get to the store? Transporter beam?

Notice that Sam Brown actually says that developers don't lie about features just to increase sales. They do it for marketing, advertising, and publicity too.

Now certainly the developer thought that it was a good idea at the time to talk about features that would never make it into the finished product. But don't complain about customers that point out that you are a liar.

That's a great way to become ex-employed.

I have seen many EA patches. They always tell you what they are breaking up front.

World's first MMOFPSRPG.

I love seeing abbreviations that take up the entire width of the box.

Yeah, I'm remembering that he said that the extend of his involvement in Max Payne was packing boxes so that the game would ship on time.

There's something funny there, but I'm not quite sure if it's the "packing boxes" or "on time".

If I remember right, it only occurs to Max that he is in a computer game after he repeatadly tries to use the telephone while drugged.

If he has changed his billing address on his cell phone, you can track him down through Google. 555-555-5555.

Legally, you're probably going to spend more suing him that you'll get, unless his name is on your lease.

"Harpoon4 may well boast the longest start to finish development of any game title developed for the PC by the time it finally reaches the market. If it reaches the market, that is."

The fact that so many of us are even arguing about it seems to indicate that, if anything, Sammy Sosa is actually a very good liar.

I saw one sportscaster on ESPN bring up a pretty good point. Any decent slugger has a fair number of broken bats. You'd have to be pretty stupid to intentionally risk your credibility on that. Especially since losing that will most definately hurt Sosa's million-dollar endorsement deals.
