Until they release the pricing of these consoles all other talking points are moot. Also we are comparing two products where apart from a few things which are known to be set in stone, all the really contentious things are still up in the air so to speak.
With that said, Fuck you Microsoft & Fuck you Sony. Im sticking with my PC. |

Short version:
Cook: We dont want to pay taxes we already paid in the various countries where we do business. We will bring back the money into the US once you drop the corporate tax rate from 12% to a more reasonable 1 or 2%.

| I have no fucking idea what the fuck they are on about? Im guessing that the belief is ATM that the consoles are more powerful than anything we may have under the hood in our PCs? Considering the released console specs, can I have some of what they are smoking??? |

Graphics dont mean shit to me if the gameplay is good. Gameplay is king. |

| It still amazes me to see the kind of damage these tornadoes wreak and yet people in the US still mostly build houses out of wood. (Am I right in assuming that most houses are built out of wood in the states or is that dependant on the particular state?) I understand that wood housing is much cheaper/simpler than a brick and mortar or a concrete home, but wouldnt those make much more sense in the particular states being hit by tornadoes year after year? |

| Heavy Gear I and II were fun games, although at the time I thought they were MW clones, they did their own thing quite well. Its a shame they want to go the F2P route with this game and are asking 800k to get it started. To be fair, I like their approach much more than whats been made so far with MWO, which keeps falling short on what they promised to deliver but still....Why not use KS to make a full blown single player game and charge something for it? Im assuming that their intent is just like Techie714 said, not to make a great game, but to make a great revenue stream....Fuck that. |

OMG That Spoiler FAQ....MUAHAHAHA. If you enjoyed the movie dont read it, because it will seriously put a dark foreboding shadow of doubt in your mind whether it was actually a good movie at all.... |

| Great. A clone of Mechwarrior Online. I was really hoping that they would want to make a proper Heavy Gear game, singleplayer and all. Thanks but no thanks. |

Quinn wrote on May 21, 2013, 06:23: What a fun read, this thread!
One guy (Beamer in this case) has a point, somehow gets antagonized by a few and the rest of the crowd just hoots along. Most of you would be in the second front row of a lynching mob, simply invigorated by the hooting and cussing of the first few who start randomly attacking a person.
Beamer pointed out a few facts, albeit withholding an obviously much wanted (by the Blues community) enthusiasm for the 18 year old girl. Later on he "corrected" himself by explicitly mentioning how he indeed found it impressive of an 18 year old girl to do something like this.
But still he was being kicked and punched, the substantiality of his comments ignored, with all o' ye hooting and cheering and drooling like rabid dogs on crack.
Hilarious. Frustrating, too. Actually he got led on by two regular trolls here on Blues, ever hear of the phrase 'dont feed the trolls'? He also chose to treat the article as a populist piece and chose to interpret the 'facts' presented by the article as being completely faceticious. His condescending attitude didnt help any either. Sorry dude but he brought it on himself, also your equating the entirety of the Bluesnews community with a lynch mob for something as harmless as laughing at someone's behaviour on an internet board was really the worst part of this three page read. I assume you have excluded yourself from said community right? |

@ InBlack, could you explain what you mean using the Secret text?
Ok Spoliers in secret:
At one point the bad guy teleports from Earth to the Klingon Homeworld Qronos, its never explained why exactly and why do they need ships if they can do that? At another point the Enterprise travels to the edge of the neutral zone in like five minutes, from where it launches a shuttle to the Klingon Homeworld which is like just accross the border????(without being challenged or discovered or anything). Makes the Klingons look really, really incompetent. Then there is a chase scene back to Earth where the Enterprise travels the whole distance in like 37 seconds...just WTF?? Then there is a whole Kirk (semi)death scene where Spock goes all apeshit which is waay overacted, the dialogue is overwritten and contrived because unlike Wrath of Khan these two characters dont share a lifetime of experience and friendship yet. Its just cringeworthy....
