| When I make chili I combine dry spices in a cast iron pan, with a small amount of oil, and sear them a little bit. Brings out the flavor. |

| Well Blue we have about ten inches of new snow here, and it's still snowing. The weekend, however, will be back in the 40s. |

| I always buy from Newegg, but some sort of brief price guarantee would be nice. I do try to buy monitors from a brick & mortar, to avoid dead pixel return issues. I did grab a tv from the egg recently, though, and no problems. |

Mr. Blue:
After reading about your experience with the tree so far, I strongly recommend that you do not get within 10 ft. of a chainsaw. |

| Suet cakes laced with cayenne pepper...well if all else fails you could have a barbecue...better not. And "Squirrel-proof Suet Feeders" would be a good name for a band, don't you think? brother19 |

"The only thing that could make that trip down 640K memory lane would be to install a modem and start messing with init strings."
Well Blue that's why they brought out the DM, or Death Manager. It made connecting so much easier! (And the install: Deicing...deicing...) |

| Mr. Blue: Task Manager won't do it. I dodged this once ("Security Tool") by immediately cutting the power to my system, then booting in safe mode and running malwarebytes, followed by a Symantec av scan. Quite some time ago I was not so lucky. As other posters have remarked, clicking on anything, or using task manager, is futile. Security tool may introduce a whole host of malware and some are very difficult to remove. In my first encounter with security tool, I spent several hours cleaning up my system. If you note any browsing problems you may have to replace your windows host file, as I did. Good luck! brother19 |

More of the same...guess you have to remove the battery/sim card...or use prepaids, as has become the bad guy's practice... I hope that when they send my own FBI/HS agent to live with me, to follow my every move, that it's a woman, and a redhead! brother19

Licensed to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man free to kill gophers at will...(Wrong movie, I know, but it's the varmint that counts! Groundhog/gopher = all "little, brown, furry, rodents").

| Blue: it's obvious that your dog prefers her playmates "Shaken, not stirred." Seriously, she may not have intended to kill the little dog, but this is instinctive behavior. Large terriers are well known for this. Keeping dogs on a short leash is the best way to avoid problems. (She may shake toys more vigorously because they are smaller and lighter than this dog.) Riding a bike with a leashed dog would be bad for both of you. How about fetch and frisbee? |
