There's a city's worth of rendering (yes, I'm aware they don't render the entire city at once, but even so), of traffic calculations, NPCs as well the graphics to generate.

The fact it does all that, and looks as good as it does is astonishing. But then, what do I know? I've only got an MSc in Computer Science.

It's safe to say say this for all current generation console games coming out now (save for lets say, The Last of Us and Beyond: Two Souls) since we've been spoiled by graphics on PC. Me being spoiled with 1440p (2560x1440) and max everything makes me really want 4K gaming more, and anything 720p or lower looks like shite to me now. The current generation just has been around for far too long now, and looks as GTA5 seems to be PS3/360's swan song.

Also i broke down and got Stardrive, so far very stable, no slow downs, seems multithreaded but havent really put more than a few hours into it and that was just getting use to the system. All in all, its pretty great, GalCiv+Sins is how i'd describe it.

For me, it's more MOO 2 like than anything.

So if I concealed a regular camera and used it to take naughty pictures then Canon, Nikon and other camera makers could be held liable? You can't hold Google responsible for what someone does with their equipment anymore than you can hold Ford responsible if some maniac plows into a crowd of people with an F-150. Fault lies with the person who misused the tech, but there's not much profit to be had in suing an individual when you can sue a multi-billion dollar company like Google.
