While I'll admit that the concept of the glove controller is cool, for the life of me, I can't think of any games where it would be as intuitive or as easy to use as your standard mouse/keyboard/joystick. Perhaps the arrival of the glove controller will spawn a new breed of game?

I'll go two better. I say get rid of nickels and dimes as well. If all transactions were rounded to the nearest quarter, we're talking 12 cents maximum difference between the purchase price of an item and its actual value. I can't image any circumstances where 12 cents, up or down, would cause me any great concern. And since transactions would be just as likely to be rounded up as well as rounded down, it would all balance out in the long run anyway.

This is a joke, right? It has to be. If not, someone should gouge out these lesbian's eyes so they can enjoy being part of the blind culture.

For everyone bitching about paying for virtual cards, what do you think you're doing when you pay for any computer game? You're paying for a virtual experience, be it virtual war, virtual racing, virtual football, whatever. The only difference here is that you buy into the game a bit at a time. It's up to you to decide how much to actually spend. And I'm fairly certain I read something about being able to trade in your virtual cards for the real thing. So what's the big deal?

Since when is Drew Barrymore's opinion so important as to influence a director's decision to re-edit his movies?

Actually, the entire Lego thing struck me as fairly innocent and harmless at least up until the story which featured Lego characters engaged in oral sex. Personally, I wasn't offended, but it seemed strangely out of place considering the tone of the other stories. It would be similar to watching Disney's Snow White and having it end with Snow White getting gang-banged by the seven dwarves.

Watching closely, I didn't see any shots with Jar-Jar. Could this possibly mean he's been cut from the movie along with N-Sync?

From the news article: Mallard's attorney, Mike Heiskell, said: "I think this is overreaching on the part of the prosecution and the police and, in the end, I believe the law will shake out that this was simply a case of failure to stop and render aid."
This is why people hate lawyers.

You might not be the only person who thinks Clockwork was a bad movie, but you'd definitely be in the minority. As for your comments about pop music in commercials, the very fact that you were able to recall several examples (company and song) proves the marketing works. You may not be interested in the product, but at the least they've got you thinking about the company when you hear the song.

Everyone knows the one true guitar God is Steve Morse!
Did he really play for Liza Minelli? How can anyone that played in her band be considered a god?
God I hope not! If he did, it's news to me. Though if he did I'd be willing to bet that was the best damn Liza Minelli concert in her career. Anyway, while he's my personal (albeit mostly unknown) favorite, no list of guitar "Gods" would be complete without the following additions (in no particular order): Stevie Ray Vaughan David Gilmour Jeff Beck Randy Rhodes Angus Young (early years) OK, I'm done. Back to games

...at least it'd take care of all those idiot snowboarders who bail and sit right in the middle of the slope (in a spot where the people above can't see them). I'm all for anything that helps with snowboarder population control!
Ah, another jealous skier who realises the inferiority of his sport! At least when we bail, there isn't the subsequent obstacle course of skis and poles strewn across the slope! And BTW, not all snowboarders are as inconsiderate as to sit in the middle of the slope. I sit off to the side every time. So please don't hate me just because snowboarders are way cooler than skiers.

Eric Clapton IS God!
That must be a typo. I'm sure you meant - Eric Clapton is GOOD! Everyone knows the one true guitar God is Steve Morse!
Yeah, I know - Steve who?

Whatever they're talking about it seems pretty vague to me. As such, I'm sure most vendors receiving this petition will promptly ignore it.

And what the HELL is it with people hating games that are (were) a tad bit different than the norm? Yeah, trespasser ran shitty, but that's because it actually had an engine that calculated objects falling and being handled in different ways than quake and it's clones.
A game that runs shitty IS a shitty game. The game's lack of success had NOTHING to do with it being different, unless by different you mean that it ran shitty.
