I've been playing it for about 30 minutes and while it is good, it certainly is simple. Very much like The Bard's Tale, which is great.
But to say it's worth $15.... that's debatable. At the current sale price it's definitely worth it, though. |

Sepharo wrote on Jul 12, 2012, 10:59: Honestly it seems pretty damn reasonable. I very rarely go over 250GB and when I do it's not by a huge amount. Comcast is going to upgrade that to 300GB... The first three times I go over that there's no charge, and then when I do go over it there's only a $10 charge when I go over by 50GB.
Those are some pretty soft rules and I imagine they're doing so because existing policy would go from being very soft (non-existent) to shutting down your service for egregious and repeat offenses. This is better.
Of course the downside is the precedent itself. As we become more and more data intensive Comcast will have to raise the cap to stay reasonable and that's going to be hard for them to do when they're making more and more off of overages. Speak for yourself. We're 12 days into July and I'm already at 177GB for the month just from the family streaming video on our Rokus. |

"We see people installing Flash for uncertified devices therefore we're pulling all support and putting limits on which devices can install it from Google Play Store".
So now if you're using a device that you've installed Android to by ways of rooting the device you'll need to find a copy of flash player on some nefarious site and side load it. That'll make things more secure for sure. Hmmm... what? They're doing this as part of their phase-out plan for Adobe Flash.
They're not changing anything that you can/can't do today, they're just not continuing development/support for the Jelly Bean OS. |

My dad won't stop talking about wanting a tablet with a fold out keyboard like that, I'm not sure why he wants a separate keyboard but that man will not stop asking for something like this.
Bingo, there you go, now stop asking about a tablet with a keyboard! You mean like the Asus Transformer Prime? |

Zetler wrote on Jun 14, 2012, 06:21: While the game over all isn't that good, I'm glad that I played TERA because now I know what a nextgen MMO combat system should be like. Tab targeting is dead, you hear me Guild Wars 2? Seriously TERA combat totally wrecked Guild Wars 2 for me, I'm tired of being a god damn turret in every MMO. Can you be a bit more specific? I don't use tab in GW2 for the most part unless I need to change the enemy I'm facing to the boss behind them. Melee hits more than one mob. So, I don't get what could be all that different in Tera as far as combat goes. Tera has no lock-on system. If GW2 doesn't, either, then perhaps they are similar.
Compare for yourself by trying Tera for free. |

Calistoga wrote on Jun 13, 2012, 21:45: Without overstating it, Tera is the best mmorpg I have played in 10 years of playing games including Wow(for 6 years), EQ2, AOC, WH, Rift, Aion, GW2 beta. The combat, especially the melee combat is fantastic, the graphics are incredible, animations are best genre has ever seen (both monsters and players), dungeons are very good. Poster who dismisses it as an endless grind is cynical and dead wrong. Even my wife loves the game, and she was skeptical after being burned by AOC, WH, Rift, etc. We have 2 lvl 40's and love it.
Just make sure you have beefy computer to enjoy it to its fullest. We bought 2 new computers just to play this game after we started playing it and loved it. There is your endorsement.
Trust me, the game is freaking awesome. Period. I do agree with most of this and would still be playing Tera if D3 didn't grab my attention - I typically only have time to play 1 game consistently. Once I'm done w/ D3 I'll be going back to Tera until a better MMO comes out.
Tera is certainly a good MMO. |

Hunh, I guess the server I was on is in ok shape? ...checking server status....dark reaper, light. Hunh...shouldn't that be a transfer eligible server?
Wait what is this:
Your account...
...must have an active subscription or game time remaining. ...must not be banned.
...I see. So I have to pay to use your "free" transfers and by the looks of it a transfer for me would not be free either. You guys are so awesome bioware. Keep it up. Haha you're stretching so much with this complaint that you're going to need cocoa butter for your stretch marks. You are so awesome Tumbler. Keep it up. |

Having good fun. I use the AH for the odd thing (hell made me buy more) but I always cap at 10k and buy thriftily. Not had any real issues TBH and even if I quit tomorrow then i'v had my monies worth.
Maybe some people dont like D3 or have issues, i'm one of the few who enjoy it. I wont be using the RMAH and dont care about uber kit. I'm in the same boat as you; played my Barbarian to inferno Act-II, then started a wizard who is almost to Inferno Act-I, and then I'll go for a witch doctor.
You're not in the minority. You have to remember that this is bluesnews - where gamers come to cry. |

Forcing your beliefs on another is never good. how would the children know about heaven if someone hadn't "forced" the idea on them already??
