So disregarding opposing viewpoints would show more integrity? Guy may be a mouthpiece, but some of us like to know what our opponents viewpoints are rather than living in our own little world.

I think the large issue is that the article doesn't disclose for whom this guy works, and that they have a very particular axe to grind w.r.t. consumer rights/protections, and the exploitation thereof.

I have a friend that is a store manager in one of the gamestops around here and he told me that most of their revenue is made from used games and trade ins. They barely make anything on new games.
Not sure how much of that is true.
