Augmentations? Uhh... Deus Ex nailed that.
Open-world in a FPS? FarCry. You have officially piqued my interest.
Thank you.

friend of mine got his account hacked after going onto the worldofworcraft.com site forums. He was doing nothing more sinister than looking up pics of battleground wins and losses.

3d surround headphones |

I purchased Medusa 5.1 headphones, tried out the rear speakers on them, turned off the feature and never turned it back on. It is possible to discern that sounds are intended to be coming from behind you while wearing them, but only because the sound quality on the rear speakers is greatly degraded. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Correct me if I am wrong, but in my non technical take it sounds like Microsoft will be making more hoops for computer game developers to jump through, likely reducing the shovelware component. Unfortunately, it will also likely reduce the AAA quality games which have been fewer and farther between as it is. Game companies will see a shrinking market as the game community splits with some embracing the new os, some not and decide to say 'screw it lets make a console game'.
Might be a great time for Apple to embrace gaming.

It is quite likely we will see more and more animals behaving such ways- not enough fish in the ocean, might as well see if these little cooing things are edible.

You going to wax poetic about how wonderful the place you live is, and then leave us in the dark about its actual wherabouts?

I personally think the world will become an idyllic place to live in in the future. Shame we won't be around to enjoy it, but that is precisely why it will be so wonderful.
yah...it sounds very witty when u read it but it actually makes no sense. Do you think that humans are the only animals on earth that can be considered 'living'?

The world isn't going to hell. There were seriously messed up people way back when, there are seriously messed up people now. 100 years ago this would have happened and you would have been none the wiser unless you lived in the town it happened in. I personally think the world will become an idyllic place to live in in the future. Shame we won't be around to enjoy it, but that is precisely why it will be so wonderful.

Mm. I could go for some goldeneye right about now. Set up levels where they have 100% accuracy and kill with one shot for a real challenge. What a game.
