lend me your ears;
They came to bury E3, not to praise it; The evil that men do lives after them, The good is oft interred with their bones, So let it be with E3 ... The noble video game publishers Hath told you E3 was ambitious: If it were so, it was a grievous fault, And grievously hath E3 answered it ... Here, under leave of video game publishers and the rest, (For publishers are honourable men; So are they all; all honourable men)

The trailer looked great but the back story is just incoherent bat shit insane craziness. I don't think an exploding moon (very cowboy bebop) would make mutants, it'd just kill everybody. All in all, I like the art style but I'm put off by the nonsense. Ehhhh? Don't you mean Thundarr the Barbarian? Everybody knows the moon getting blowed up means all physics are suspended.

My biggest problem with this game is that the advertisements are all for NCSoft games and they aren't distracting AT ALL. No seizure inducing flashing, no annoying "BOING" noises when my cursor passes over them... it's like someone at NCSoft doesn't want us to pay for this game just to retain a bit of sanity.
Is it just me?

Yeah, seriously. This was an April Fool's Joke. Are you going to have to parallelize three PS3s in order to get 25fps, or are you just going to use one PS3 with rasterization with shaders which do bump mapping and specular effects. A smooth ~60fps is "inferior"?

Looks like a pretty accurate depiction of game development in 2007. The list may have been compiled using a methodology you don't agree with, but the fail REALLY comes when you see that the full .pdf can be purchased for $3000.

Yeah, but WoW is for the obsessive/compulsive personalities and those with Asperger's syndrome. Like Fion said, CoH/V is for a much more casual player.
If CoH doesn't fill the all-consuming void of your blackened soul, don't play it. PLEASE don't play it.

Are the ratings in XBox Live not anonymous? If not, why does MS even allow a user to "get back" at someone who has given them a poor rating?
Obviously, I have never used XBox Live so I had no idea that there are Bad People[TM] there.

As a former subscriber to CoH, I would imagine that almost no one cares about that old news. Simply because after Marvel lost their case in such an ignominious defeat, they went back to Cryptic and hired them to make MUO.
Anyone who stays away from MUO is probably doing so because Cryptic swings the nerf bat heavily and frequently. Heaven help you if you play the game differently that "Statesman" wants you to. You'll get "corrected," too.

Well, the Korean licensors of CABAL reportedly told Games-Masters to block North American IPs.(something they don't do with the rest of their games)
Maybe the Koreans were doing it to be mean or more likely, they wanted to shop CABAL on the N.A. market where it will be a niche offering, at best.
Whatever the case, PJHF is screwed unless he moves out of North America.

No, because the Koreans want to make money off licensing this game to a US company. Since there's no American company (except maybe Akklaim, *snort*) that likes to host cheesy Korean free-to-play MMOs, CABAL will never happen in North America.
Greed: it's what's for dinner.
