Hey nin you posted a couple of days ago about paying mostly in cash for things as you were concerned about card swiping.
I think here we are the are the biggest users of cards for payment of any country, very little cash transactions. We often get used for test implementation of new payment methods being such a small isolated population. But what you said made me realise why most supermarkets, garages & shops of late have recently moved to having card machines out in front of the customer. It never dawned on me until reading your post that this is happening so the card is never handed over risking liability or suspicion of card swiping.
Anyway yeah it all makes sense now.

Could I please ask for your help.
Vote for Brian Gay to take out the pga tour golfer of the month over tiger Woods.
Brian had a great win this month after struggling for the last few years, he is one of the good guys on tour.
Please go to http://www.pgatour.com/pom.html & vote for Brian, donations of $25.000 each will then go to his two deserving charities Wounded Warriors Project & St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Thank you.

Starwars needs needs to return to the intimacy of the first movies, start with a pared down script & hire mainly no-name actors. Cut down the Lucas driven expansive overblown universe filled with "stars".

Have all the main characters get sucked out into space only to land on the backs of giant eagles that fly them to the Dagobah system where the starship enterprise is waiting to transfer them back to middle earth.

I've read sociopathic tendencies tend to mellow & dissipate from around 45 onward, if you want to see a real time example of this watch the Armstrong interviews. The guy is turnned inside out & at times a little exilerated by what must be completely new to him, experiencing & dealing with genuine emotions. From that stand point it was a fascinating interview, I give him credit for being as open as he was & I'm no great fan of Oprah either but she stayed on point.
We have all been abusive to other people in our lives & quickly regretted it, maybe even searched the person out to apologise.
But imagine not having the capacity for regret & only despising people that showed emotion, imagine with age & the pressure of events you begin to feel compassion toward others for the first time. Man thats gotta be humbling, the eyes don't lie & that guy has come face to face with himself on a profound level. Damage to his past relationships & the sport of cycling aside I genuinely wish him well in discovering a full emotional life with those that stay around.

He certainly didn't have a good life, by all accounts. Still feel bad for him...

Shit man, how about Dana Plato or Todd Bridges? Man I had the hots for Dana on DS!

I vaguely remember Dana and Todd's issues, but not specifically. I remember Gary basically saying his parents and the show pushed him for unreasonable hours, and lo and behold when he got to 18 or 21, he discovered that he had no money (I believe his parents squandered it).

For all 3 of them, it had to suck (to put it mildly) to achieve fame and success so early on, only to lose it later and never recapture it. And you hear about that with a number of childhood stars. It's got to be maddening, to look back on your life and realize your best years were when you were a child, at a time when you couldn't fully appreciate it.

Meh ... different strokes for different folks I guess.
I kid, although I will say I just came from a history channel doco on 30 thousand jews mostly women holding their kids all machine gunned in a ravine over two days in 1940. So fame & money problems just don't cut it with me at the moment.
It had the photo evidence of them all stripped naked the photos taken by the Nazi scum, Ive seen this doco a few years back but Im just angry all over again.

He makes a good point in sticking up for games in that games are global & there is nowhere near the same amount of mass shootings in other parts of the world.
The non gun nuts in America must feel completely helpless in the face of the frothing at the mouth constitution spouting inbreds. Im not trying to provoke at all but your constitution while in it's inception a brilliant document to the outside world as time passes just seems to bind you more than free as was it's original purpose.

Again Im not out to be holier than thou our treaty document that serves as a constitution is also a binding divisive catalyst today, only thankfully not so specific.

Let me list all the problems I have had with cats over the years.
.....

Yeah! YEAH!!!!!!

Other than kittly litter tracked EVERYWHERE, house smelling like cat shit, cat piss, puke, hair balls, food everywhere, nasty smell everywhere, shit rubbed on stuff cause they don't poop like a dog, yea no problems with cats either.

Filthy fucking animals.

Nah I have a big garden, never had house cats.
Come & go as they please via cat door, pretty much feed & leave.
I would never own an animal if I did'nt have some sort of space for it.

Seeing as how Hoop and Company (coming soon, to a tv near you!) have already survived, I'm not worried. The whole thing seems really goofy, esp these stories I'm hearing of desperate people trying to get a last minute hook up.

I'll raise my glass...but I did that last night, and the night before. And it'll happen tomorrow night, too.
