How about we fix the the rigid and non-customizable UI?
How about we fix chat so it's actually usable?
How about we put in some basic tools like dps meters so we can receive feedback on wtf we're doing with our class and it's performance?
How about we put in some mod support?
How about some macro support so i can control my fucking pet?..er companion.

Yknow..basic tools that every other mmo on the market has?

It was one giant product placement commercial, along with kiddie bands, food games with nerdy internet girl, and the entire tone screamed MTV and adolescence.

Worst attempt ever at thanking the creative minds behind games.
It should have been their night, but it wasn't. It was a slap in the face to Developers and adult gamers everywhere.

Edit: Skyrim is an amazing accomplishment, hats off to their team.

Even if you don't plan on playing the game beyond finishing those 8 storylines. It's already exceeded the amount of play time that would be worth 60 bucks compared to most other games coming out.

I agree for the most part, but keep in mind after 30 days you'll be paying more money in order to keep playing.

It will play in your browser and will be f2p, but for only 15min a sitting before you need to go purchase more dlc.

The new build in beta is promising but they still have a lot of work to ahead of them to make Dec 20th a good day.

It's sad to say that each class appears to be mirrored, even talent trees appear to be exactly the same.

Trooper=Bounty hunter
Jedi Consular=Sith Inquisitor
Smuggler=Imperial Agent
Jedi Knight=Sith Warrior

So you have 4 classes on each side which can spec into 2 different specializations each, and their evil counterpart is exactly the same, except for naming and spell effects.

It's a warhammer type design(which I'm not a fan of)all with the intent to balance PVP..

So basically you 4 mirrored classes that have the same watered down skill sets so they can keep PVP in check. Atleast that's what I'm getting from all of this.

It's not all doom and gloom I guess, I am enjoying the game and it's story driven missions but it is a bit depressing to find out your evil bad ass, lightning throwing Sith is really just a Jedi Sage in a scary robe.

The environments are well done and the world is coming together nicely but this new build is also extremely buggy.
I'm hoping the best for Bioware because 1. I'm bored to death of WoW, and 2. They're gonna need it.

I've pretty much had it in 3rd person the entire time, save for when using a bow on rare occasions and looting tightly packed shelves and desks. It feels crowded at times, like the camera isn't pulled back far enough, while in caves and dungeons, it feels just right.
I am playing as a melee fighter, and combat feels.. well sluggish. Like its just mash mash mash. Most of the time its shield bash to stun, swing twice, block attack, shield bash, attack twice... etc until dead.
Dungeons have quickly started to get repetitive, and I think I've been to a total of 6 of them. Apparently, they all had the same designer. There were a couple that were over the top gorgeous but it was storyline related dungeons, not side quests.
The weight system has been a pain in my ass since the start. If you are going heavy armor.. you can kiss the ability to carry much extra aside from potions a few crafting mats and maybe a bow. As you level, your strength or carrying capacity goes up.. BUT IT IS SLOW. But yes, I am constantly deciding on mats to drop so I can bring something back to disenchant to learn its spell like frost or shock.

And $20 bucks says the FoV is locked at 70 with no slider for PC users who aren't sitting on their couch.

I really need to get into game design so I can keep making the same silly fucking mistakes over and over again, and then get treated like a rockstar.

I hope I'm jumping the gun and raging for nothing, but I know Bethesda and from MrGrosser's first impressions, it looks like yet again Bethesda won't be letting me down in the stupid dept.
