I bought direct from the developer (comes up as charge from Humble Bundle though). I want the Steam key, but would rather the developer gets the lions share of my cash...and I'm hoping that's what will happen.

I wonder if there are any moral qualms on Blue's part about advertising that ME3 is available for download like this...

Why would there be? He's reporting news, or rather linking to news, not telling you to go download the software. He didn't go search out links for torrent files, or advise you on how to obtain the software.

The Weber Smoky Mountain is the smoker America's Test Kitchen recommended in an equipment review awhile ago. They thought Big Green Egg was too heavy and too expensive but also didn't like it because of its lack of a water pan, though they really liked the constant temperature it kept.

The water pan is a debatable item, IMO at least. It's great for catching the fat drippings and keeping the charcoal from flaring up on me, but apart from that the water actually keeps the smoker temperature too low.

There was a great article in the huffington post regarding meat smoking, cooking times, etc. Here it is. If you check out the section on moisture evaporation and temperature, you'll see why I'm always a little leery on water pans....

I use a 21" Webber Smokey Mountain smoker. I can easily fit 12+ racks of ribs on the smoker, using rib racks so they don't lay flat. I've done 2 pork butts and 6 racks at once without trouble as well, and I'd say depending on the size you could most likely fit 3 butts per shelf (2 shelves).

Since the shelves are stacked, doing a brisket limits your space since you put a foil pan on the bottom shelf to catch the juice for slicing time.

There are accessories available like a pizza stone that can make for some fun meals (I love smoked pizza). I've also got a silicone insulating cover (similar to the oven mitts) that lets me smoke all winter long, and I'm in the same climate area as you.

It is a charcoal and wood smoker, so there isn't the convenience and temperature control of gas or electric. I use Royal Oak lump charcoal and typically will get bags of wood chunks (not chips). If you're looking for more of a "set it and (almost) forget it" style of smoking, definitely go with a gas or electric model.

Of course, if you're interested in getting a really nice offset smoker...Meadow Creek in Lancaster PA makes some great smokers. Amish built, of course! They've got an auction and open house/BBQ on April 14th weekend. It's a nice trip to check out their smokers and eat some great free food (whole hog, pulled pork, chicken, you name it). And right across the street is the HUGE place they build the sheds at!

<EDIT>
Forgot to mention, you also need the CyberQ for your smoker! Lets you log your temperate and whatnot and monitor your smoker from any computer/smart phone. It also makes temperature control and tending the smoker much easier.

And another hugely popular model of wood/charcoal smoker is the "big green egg" ceramic smoker. Even though I've never personally used one, I've talked to quite a few people who love them to death. They do make accessories that make moving it much easier, but it's one heavy beast.

Downloaded the app and tried to log in but got "account not part of the beta" along with a note at the bottom of the screen saying "Thank you for your interest in the steam mobile beta. We have made a note of your account and will be sending out more invites shortly".

Would be sweet to be able to check out the sales more easily.

I'm just north of Blue, and that same night it was 9 degrees here. I can usually keep my house in mid to low 60's with just the woodstove in the basement, but it was so cold that night that my furnace was kicking on just to keep the house at 58. Hope we don't see too many more of those this winter.

I'd love another tax deduction for energy efficiency improvements. Help the environment, economy, and reduce the dependence on foreign oil. Seems like a win-win-win to me. But I suppose closing your door helps too.... :-P

I use a 50' HDMI Cable from Nippon Labs (NewEgg link) to run from my computer room upstairs, outside and down to the basement, and then back up to my living room. I've never had an issue with it...except I would prefer if it was 10' longer. It's a quality cable with thick conductors.

Smoking meat is easy and the results are (usually) tasty if you're patient. I smoked a small turkey for thanksgiving to some good reviews. Patience, wood, and beer are all that it really requires to impress your guests! I started MacGyver style with just a gas grill, a coffee can (no joke) and wood chips from gander mountain and moved on from there (including joining the KCBS). The rewards far outweigh the costs!

Agreed with the majority sentiment here. I liked the game much more when it was more vanilla, played a bit with the updated classes/weapons, and have all but stopped since wacky hat, crafting and micro transactions.

I would still say I got more value/play time out of this game then any other since I was playing Sierra games on an 8086 IBM PC.

How is the game anyways? I was thinking about getting it. I saw people were raving about it a while back. Is it still fun or is this one of those instantly fun get old quick kind of games?

I've played it a few times, I'm a sucker for space games. It's most definitely in the alpha stage now. Last time I played it was a month or so ago and it was like a tech demo...single player with not a ton to do but fly around.

I consider it worth the current price in it's current state as long as you understand it's in the Alpha stage right now and you don't expect too much from a game that's not ready for consumption by the general public.

I stopped reading at the "teabagging" comment. I thought there may be some actual merit in the article till I got to that point, and then I realized it was just a liberal vs. conservative post yet again.

I use shock collars on my pooches ("Training Collars" if you want to be PC) and they work great. I rarely ever have to use the shock button, and then only at a low level. Most of the time the "beeps" correct the pooch after they learn the collar.

If you see other dogs approaching and call Hudson back, and she doesn't come, the collars offer additional incentive....which is then rewarded when they get back with a treat... Fairly soon they just listen without a beep or shock needed.

Those are the ones I use since I've got 2 labs and they tend to find ANY water they can. Nice part is that they can control up to 2 collars with 1 remote.

When one of the options for your survey is "service for burglars" it really make me wonder if they had other colorfully worded choices in the positive like "cure for cancer" or "service for homebuyers".

I suppose I'm just naturally suspicious of a survey like this being put out by "myvouchercodes.co.uk"....Seems that the biggest benefit they get is having more controversy....hence the "service for burglars" option.
