There were some attractive ladies in those photos, and I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed, but I seem to recall booth babes being a lot hotter a few years ago. Oh well, I suppose I'll chalk it up to aging.

Man, I was hoping this was a remake of the 1987 Atari arcade game. Damn.

I would buy that TF2 Mobile, it looks really cool, but I think it's made of matboard/cardboard type stuff and not metal. I'd love to hang a metal version in my garden to scare away the deer!

You could always try one of the products that are supposed to control the spots in the lawn. Here's an example (but Dr. Foster and Smith are usually more pricey then other places, so shop around)

Nothing shows dedication like renaming a studio. Not good support, customer relations, or even a sound business model show the devotion to present and future business like renaming a game studio.

Yeah, there's nothing like "Full Release" when it comes to fantasy.

No, NetDevil is making Lego and JGE. Marvel is just a license "Gazillion" acquired. For me the verdict is still out on them....dunno if they're gonna be good or not. A bunch of venture capitalists who see the value in investing in games is good....when they plan to make a bunch of wow-clones and even admit it in their press release, that's bad...IMO at least.

Dear god! Something a child wants but can't have! What are the parents to do, it's not like they can say "no" to a child.

It's important that people don't loose their TV service. Imagine how much more blame would be put on video games if parents had to rely solely on them to baby sit and didn't have the TV there to help out too!

I agree with you Blueshrike, but for the sake of numbers in the game I'm willing to make that compromise....let folks play 3rd person and try to make it doable if it'll get them in and keep them in. Nothing worse then an MMO that's missing one or two of the M's. :-)

You can play it in 3rd or 1st person. They've improved the keyboard and mouse support as well to tray and make it less imperative that you go out and buy a joystick. After all, it seems that most people....including gamers....don't own a joystick anymore.

It's been requested that they release some game footage with the first person view, but they haven't really done it yet. Supposedly the "cockpit" graphics aren't done yet, so they may want to wait till the view is complete to push it out there.

Yeah, every time I go out shopping to B&M stores all I can think is "Merry Fing Christmas to you too". Seems like people are so focused on buying crap that they forget the whole spirit of the season, no matter what holiday you're celebrating!

Or youíre like the minor and Iím the cargo hauler.

I'm not one to usually point out mistakes in spelling or grammar, I make plenty myself....but I had to laugh at this one. It sounds like a really demented bedroom game.

"Hey little boy....I've got some candy in my van...."

In NY you have up to 2 years after expiration of your license to renew it without having to take all the tests and stuff again.

Of course, don't drive yourself to the DMV on an expired license to renew it.... :-)

You really think it's over when the day ends?

No, no I don't think it's over at the end of the day. I know it's going to drag on, I should have said "election season" instead of "election".

Oh god I can't wait for this election to be over. I'm so sick and tired of the "go vote" ads and the constant coverage of the election like we really need 24 hours of the same crap over and over.

Both major party candidates lean too far into their party's ideals for me. I feel like voting for Obama is a vote for socialism but a vote for McCain is a vote for religion. I don't like ideas like nationalized health care but at the same time I don't want someone legislating my morals.

Nader has just become a crazy person and I would be scared if he got into office, but he's the only person my vote would mean anything to since, like Blue, I live in NY and thus my vote really doesn't count for anything due to the electoral college.

And to top it off, if McCain wins we're going to have to deal with the "He won because people wouldn't vote for a black man" crap. Of course, it's already out in the open that people are voting for Obama BECAUSE it would make him the first black president, but that's ok? I don't get people in this country sometimes. :-( I suppose that's what you get when the majority of people in your country think what kind of milk Brittney Spears takes in her coffee is more important news to put on TV then people being driven from their homes, raped, and murdered in DR Congo.

There were 12 stores across the US who had a midnight launch, and they were restricted to 6 major cities. I'd hardly call that "many stores"

Bethesda's page here: http://fallout.bethsoft.com/eng/home/pr-102708.php

Says 2,000 stores. But I'm sure your information is from a more trustworthy source.

They're using the TAGES DRM.
http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=216279

And in this post on the steampowered forums he explains why they also have to use it on Steam.
http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8278259&postcount=9

Note: I don't willingly support products with activation limits (= renting my game to me IMO). I'm just putting these links here in case anyone wants to read more on the DRM on the CD/DVD vs the Steam versions.
