I for one relish the reduction in complexity since I dont have the time any more to be the nerd I was and put so many hours in learning and handling a game. Good times are over...

| I played the shit out of the first game and I really like this demo. Looks like they really optimized the engine since it runs far better that the first. |

| Did someone really just said he'd go back to Torchlight? Torchlight is a Diablo clickfest and cant be compared to a Bioware game (even if it's more action now). |

| Can we please get over this MW2 hype quickly. A standard 8 hour shooter shouldnt get all this attention. Dragon Age on the other hand would deserve it. |

Don't buy laptops to game period. The most powerful laptop GPU isn't as fast as a Radeon 4850 last time I checked. Kids, I have been through all that gaming-rig-building when I was like 16. Now I have a job and need to stay mobile, so the least thing I can do to satisfy my gaming needs is get a laptop with decent mobile graphics. |

| I was also surprised about the big splash MW1 made. I mean its campaign was really okay but there are so many other single player shooters which did the same or even did it better (The Darkness!). I guess it was more because of the Multiplayer mode (I call it the counter strike effect). |

This could have been the basis for a galaxy-spanning MMO diplomacy/strategy game. In the meantime you got Sins of a Solar Empire. But Homeworld brings back a lot of good memories... |

Quake 4 made the same mistake that Tribes: Vengeance did. Trying to make a single-player game out of a multiplayer series.
Ehh.. the Tribes Vengeance story telling was actually kick ass but nobody noticed. |
