| No you don't need a SM 3.0 card as it played just fine on my x800 pro , 3800 x2 athlon and 2 gig of ram. You might have to turn the details down to medium but it really scales well to the power of your system. |

| Though playing lots of games on the 360 lately, Quake Wars is coming to my PC. Running fine on my core 2 duo laptop with 8600gs graphics with details turned to medium. |

| Been playing the beta for about two weeks. Even as a veteran Quake Player I was a bit frustrated first due to the high speed of the action but once you learn all the little things (and turn down the graphics details) you start to become a productive player. |

I'm a veteran PC gamer but over the last two years I shifted much of my gaming time over to the 360. Why? Because I no longer have the time to upgrade to the latest graphics board and CPU and because I am not so stupid as to believe that a certain control scheme can destroy a good game. Let's take Bioshock for example: I know that I could aim better with a mouse but does this really make the game's story worse? Actually I am enjoying it more on the 360 since the PC version is a hardware hog. I recently bought a samsung Laptop with a geforce 8600GS graphics card. I'm using it to play some multiplayer PC games like Quake Wars or CNC3 with medium settings but I prefer my 360 for cinematic gaming.

| Just played the demo on my samsung laptop with a T7100 core 2 duo und 8600 gs graphics. I had to turn the detail level to medium then it ran pretty okay but I'll be getting the xbox 360 version. I didn't notice any graphical glitches which is good since there are no nvidia drivers for their laptop chips (could still try modified inf drivers but what the hell). |

| I just started playing the beta about a week ago. I'm a veteran Quake/UT/BF player myself and I agree that the learning curve is pretty harsh. I also found the mouse to be lagging but that went away once I disabled some shader effects. It's certainly not for the casual player since it's really fast and unforgiving but what the hell, it's fun! |

Yea I agree with that 
But at least here in germany the game is not full price. A new retail 360 game is about 65 EUR (over 90 $!!) and shadowrun is about 47 EUR. |
