Yep. This is a quote from their website:
Simply put, Spatial Fear: Prologue is for Unreal Tournament v436. We're sorry for the confusion, as it is partly our own fault for not making it clear enough. |

singe32 - Well said.
Evil Timmy - LOL. Yea, I'm sure Sept. 11 had everything to do with the fact that American's get their games first.
Again, I laugh at people saying they will not pay $50-$60 for a game and complaining about the price. You only pay that much if you are lazy and don't shop around and/or if you can't wait. It's ludicrous. gogamer.com has it for $44, and Best Buy/CompUSA/Circuit City will have it for $35-$45 on sale a week or two after it's released.

indiv,
I understand the difference between optical vs. coaxial, I do this for a living. My point is a simple little piece of plastic cannot convert from optical to coaxial. The specs you quoted do not say if the Digital Out is optical or coaxial. I don't think it is optical. That was my point.

That adapter will only work if the connection on the Audigy is optical, which I don't think it is.

Yeah, that Mobile Forces wasn't too bad Mobile Forces is very fun, if you play it on a LAN. Unfortunately, the net code is bad and no dedicated server meant a lot of people didn't get to play it. Now it looks like it will never be fixed. What a shame.

No, then you'd end up with a situation like a company I worked for that a strict password policy. Users would write their passwords on post-its and stick them to their monitors.
Idiots.

It says they surveyed students. The teens that are doing all the drugs and drinking don't go to school. Or probably lie thinking they might get caught.

Also, Privacy is a big issue to me. Then why do you display private e-mails on a public forum (i.e. your web site). What about THEIR right to privacy?
BTW, I did not mean that as a personal attack... I'm just saying that for you, another's privacy ended when you felt it necessary to protect yourself. I.E...they committed a crime in your eyes, so all bets are off.
This is no different.

Our judicial system works slowly by design... to keep mistakes from being made. Slow and thorough are two different things. Most of the slowness is due to frivolity. But I get your point and agree. I wouldn't want it any other way, especially if I'm the one on trial.
Certainly measures to expedite an investigation into a matter of national security or life and death is a good thing, isn't it? I see this as the same as not needed a court order to use the jaws of life on a crushed car. If there is an emergency, they want the ability to act. At least, that's how I see it.

Privacy |

Ok, help me out here. I've always wondered why some people get so concerned about things like this, and cry lack of privacy.
I've always thought it was funny that there are those that think the government has a room full of people just sitting around waiting to snoop on you. That's silly. (IMHO, it's also very self-centered to think you are that important). No way can the government keep track of EVERYBODY and why would they want to? It detracts time and manpower from looking at real threats and real problems.
It seems that they just want the ability to react quickly when necessary. We all know how slow the judicial process can work.
If I'm off base, please inform me.

It doesn't sound scary when you read it.
• Permit limited surveillance without a court order when there is an "ongoing attack" on an Internet-connected computer or "an immediate threat to a national security interest." That kind of surveillance would, however, be limited to obtaining a suspect's telephone number, IP address, URLs or e-mail header information--not the contents of online communications or telephone calls. Under federal law, such taps can take place when there's a threat of "serious bodily injury to any person" or activity involving organized crime.
• Change current law, which says it's illegal for an Internet provider to "knowingly divulge" what users do except in some specific circumstances, such as when it's troubleshooting glitches, receiving a court order or tipping off police that a crime is in progress. CSEA expands that list to include when "an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of the information without delay."
Maybe I've naive, but that sounds like a prudent measure in today's climate.
