Bad news for Blues:

Google champions responsive Web design in page ranking update

That only affects searches from a mobile device or tablet, so it's actually a good thing.

I disagree. The draft means jack shit IMO. As always it's usually a couple of years before we see what picks worked out well and which were a bust. Most of the first round guys always seem to be a bust. A lot of college phenoms just can't make it in the show. Ostensibly, if all teams or more or less equal in terms of talent than the real litmus test is the coaching. That's why you when you look at guys like Vince Lombardi who went in and made a losing team into a dynasty far more exciting.

When criminals are storing information on encrypted devices, the process of obtaining search warrants may be "an exercise in futility," Hess said. The FBI believes that "no one in this country should be beyond the law," she added. "The notion that a suspected criminal's closet could never be opened, or his phone could never be unlocked, even with properly obtained legal authority, is troubling."

Police have used information on smartphones to investigate many crimes, including child pornography and human trafficking, added Daniel Conley, district attorney in Boston. He called on Congress to require smartphone makers to allow law enforcement access to encrypted data and on technology companies to come up with new ways to allow law enforcement access to data.

Allowing big brother unfettered access to investigate you whenever they like is a hell of a lot more troubling. And when they have to use the 'think of the children' argument you know it's complete and utter bullshit.

I can't imagine anyone would want this. The first game was fucking horrible all around. It's why it's selling for $3 on all the key websites.

They should aim high and go for something much larger like being trapped in a haunted theme park. Like Scooby Doosville!

Fahad Al Saud grew up with games, but felt alienated by the portrayal of Arabs he often saw in the commercial medium.

Well than the Arabs should stop doing those stereotypical things.

Yeah, that's not a major waste of time and resources, creating a chick character that 99% of your target market will never play. Shit, why not make Adam a sept-racial crossdessing gay midget while you're at it since you're into pandering.

This is why I hope someone comes up with a way to make private servers instead of having to play with random players and hackers, or just being able to use whatever FOV or mod I want with friends.

You can easily start a friends-only, crew-only, or invite-only server. Don't think that permits mods, though.

Any idea if there's a setting to keep the passive mode on by default? It's a PITA always having to turn it on and off. They should at least have an assignable key for it.

One of my old regulars at my bar used to bring his bulldog, Guido, in for a beer on hot days in the summer. The dog was particularly fond of Red Stripe, so we'd all have one together.

And wow that was crazy seeing that train blow off the bridge!

Defective games only. Considering the fact that EA called SimCity and BF4 at launch to "just have a few issues", good luck on them ever calling a game defective.

That's the thing. SLAs, EULAs, TOS', et al. all have pretty specific language about what's a "bug" and what an "issue" is all to varying degrees. When I was a sales engineer for a multinational they had legal explain all that stuff to us in very explicit terms because one meant it was the client who paid for it and the other meant we had to pay for it - you can guess which way they came down on that. It was always so slimy dealing with customers and techs and using that bullshit corporate speak just to skate around our responsibility. While most of the work was really interesting, that aspect of it always left me feeling dirty, and not in a good way.

I wonder how strong the laws are there. Do services like Steam and Origin simply have to comply or can they force someone into something like Small Claims stating they have to prove it? In short make it a big enough PITA that most people won't bother doing it.
