It seems like many of these newer games are looking to build long term revenue streams instead of a fun, kickass SP game.
Mechwarrior Online
Neverwinter
Diablo 3
Etc. Etc.
BTW: I was far more a fan of MW than Heavy Gear it just seem to Japanese to me.  |

I totally agree but if I recall correctly the digital deluxe version of RO2 included the MKb42 Assault Rifle day 1 unlock. That gun is insanely accurate, fast, & deadly as hell (borderline OP)..lol. I spent at LEAST 120 hours just trying to unlock that 1 gun....Then stopped playing...LOL. I dont want to go through all that again IF one of those day 1 unlocks is a really good gun..lol. |

Last Light is a great game just check the reviews & metacritic, it's solid. With that said this game takes place 1 year after the events of the first one, so yes play the first one. The graphics are really nice on the first one too. |

Metro: 2033 was one of the best games in the last couple of years. The tension from fire fights, the animations, weapons, story, graphics, etc. were all simply stunning to say the least. I understand the shortfalls with "Last Light" but these guys make great games & I can't wait to play this new one.

I just pre-ordred "Metro: Last Light" (I know I know) but I was going to get it anyway even without the dumb DLC they added. From Green Man Gaming for $37.00 using the code below. It's a Steam key & will work with other games too I think.
