| After getting heavily burned by Rage I'm going to wait for some trusted reviewers to play through the game before even thinking of making a purchase. Because really, all the signs of danger are present: brand new engine, small footprint, humble specs. Expect the worst, hope for the best, as they say. |

| If you want to top the scoreboard, the pyro is not for you. If you want to contribute to the team, the pyro is an incredibly valuable class that can change the tide of battle (ie. airblast ubers off a cap point). |

I couldn't get my 'code' verified, so I presumed I had mistyped my password (twice! :/) when I created my account. There is no way to reset or retrieve your PW at the moment (actually, I found the pw-retrieval page link posted by the community manager in a 3rd party site, but even that returned an error) because the account managament page is offline, so I created a new account, with a new email addy, and then it worked.
Now I'm downloading a 822MB patch o_O. This game better be good.

Steam is a license to release rushed crap. In the words of dubya, you get fooled once, you can't get fooled again. I got burned with dod:s and I am no longer supporting a company that puts out a mediocre, incomplete game like that, no matter how great the graphics are.
Besides, the only thing ep1 has going for it is the story, which I can simply read about on the net.
