gotta agree there
Sands of Time was easily the best and most original - the emo/gothic of the 2nd one was horrible, only played the first few areas. The combat was certainly better, as there were more moves etc, The 3rd one was quite good, but i also stopped playing it 1/2 way because there didn't seem to be any puzzles. What happened to them? It gets boring really quick when all do you do climb and slash. You need puzzles inbetween to emphesize the combat. And you also need a character that helps you like in Sands of Time. Or better yet an AI character that can be changed to a 2nd player on the fly 
oh and if the DS prince of persia is going to be anything like the DS version of Assassins Creed you might as well not bother making it. yuk.

While I'm at it - PLEASE DONT RUIN THE ATMOSPHERE BUY SETTING IT IN THE FUTURE AND THEN HAVE ALL OF THIS SCI FI CRAP FLASHING UP EVERY 2 MINUTES. that should be the first rule in the assassins creed

the old pentium 4's went up to 3ghz iirc around 2003, they were hyperthreaded but only 1 core.

reading that article, really makes it seem that EA or DICE truly have no clue as to what their customers want.
Now I know why they make endless sequels to the games that do sell - out of pure luck it seems a game will sell so they want to repeat that success, because originality or even knowing what customers want is not part their business plan.
Its random success.... sigh..
EA need to employ me as a lead game designer !

Just an FYI - I've been running Vista since release and have had almost no issues with it after a few patches were released for drivers, etc... My performance is on-par with XP or better and in most games my load times are much faster w/ Vista.

3)Genuinely pissed former Vista users. Unfortunately their experiences were colored by being day 1 Vista adopters and their hatred has prevented them from giving Vista another chance nearly a year and a half later.
So if you buy a brand new car, you'd be happy taking it into service and mechanics for a year and a half before you can drive it to the places you like?
Yeah anyone with 1/2 a brain knows to wait until the growing pains are over when a microsoft OS comes out - but that in itself is silly. The damn thing should just work, the end.
